I am beyond disappointed with the lack of quality received from Joe (Yossi). At first he seems cool and helpful and promised quality work and an original key for a particular price. He took over 2 hours when he originally said it would be quick. I asked what to do if future issues happened. He said not to worry to contact him and he would help. Once it was done he gave me an after market key that he took the liberty to program before getting my consent. It was already programmed and did not lower the cost. Original quote was $325 but charged me $340. Fast forward 4 months. Key does not turn car on and doors don't unlock. We reached out to him and first he said he would replace the battery and then changed that and said it would be me who would need to do it. My husband reached out to explain the issues from the beginning and Joe was not cooperative. Most of the reviews I see on here are from immediately after the keys are delivered. Yea they will work at the moment but just know that afterwards when they malfunction, he is a different person and wont help or take any accountability. To blame a battery is insane when its a spare key that should have a new battery lasting 2-4 years. Even if that was the issue we paid $340 for an unagreed upon key and he should troubleshoot himself. I shouldnt have to open the key fob and risk breaking it as it can happen. That is why we paid a "professional" who guaranteed quality and support. Yet he told me to do that myself. At this point he has proven to be dishonest with baiting us with original keys for one price and a "guarantee" and switching to a cheap aftermarket without any malfunction support and a higher cost. He told us he would help with issues if they happened and then refused to. Don't book him. Sure the key will work at first but after time you are left keyless and lost your money. At this point with his attitude and previous responses to others on different review sites I don't trust him around my carto "fix" anything. Sure we have cameras but we still would not do business with him again. Trust is absolutely gone. Save your money, time, and sanity. Book someone else.
