Our beers were super tasty, albeit as expensive as you expect for craft beer. Just makes you appreciate your single beer more, really. Overall, a great first impression for Hop Forged and definitely a place worth stopping in if you are in Hanford.

Maybe we are lucky, or hitting the good crew schedule or something else. But... I kind of think some reviews are overblowing a minor challenge with a poor general review. C'mon folks - adopt a "Hang Loose" attitude and enjoy your meal. We have thoroughly enjoyed every trip to Hanford Chili's for the last several months. The food has always been good. Servers are very and happily accommodating. The general "feel" of the moment has been positive. We walk away happy and appreciative of our Chili's experience. To me, now, my rating is 5 stars.

A 40-minute wait for a solo lunch order…read more I stopped in for lunch and ordered the $10 combo with the chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a drink. I was dining alone, and the restaurant was approximately half full with several servers working. I checked in through the app around 12:40 PM and received the check-in text at 1:02 PM. By 1:19 PM, I still hadn't received my food, so I decided to get up and leave after waiting roughly 40 minutes for a single-person order. The timing was particularly frustrating because my food was brought out almost immediately after I stood up to leave. I asked about the delay and was told that the chicken takes about 10 minutes to fry. I completely understand that fried chicken requires cooking time. However, a 10-minute cooking time doesn't explain a nearly 40-minute total wait for one sandwich, fries, and a drink, particularly when the restaurant wasn't especially busy. What disappointed me most wasn't simply the wait--it was the lack of communication and the interaction when I finally decided to leave. I would have appreciated someone checking in, letting me know there was a delay, or simply acknowledging the unusually long wait. Instead, I felt like I was being given an explanation rather than an apology. I did ask whether I needed to pay, and I was told I could go. There were definitely opportunities here to improve the experience. Delays happen, even when a restaurant doesn't appear busy. But communication makes a huge difference. If my order had been delayed or overlooked, a quick update and a genuine apology would have gone a long way. Bottom line: The food eventually arrived, but the service experience left much more of an impression than the meal itself. For a solo lunch and a relatively straightforward order, nearly 40 minutes is a significant wait.

What I love about the rice is that it's so fluffy I even got some peas in the rice but it tasted so delicious with chicken you could barely notice it & it made the burrito so much better. Someone mentioned the chicken as dry and I think most chicken breast is slightly less juicy but the wet sauce the burrito had and the cheese really made it feel like it was pretty decent texture wise! Also such a big plus that they give u a container of sour cream for your burrito on the side. The salsa for the chips is mild - and I prefer that!
