Twas in Hanford killing some time with my step daughter before having to run additional errands and of course we were both famished (preten faints). We both knew we wanted seafood and she's a big fan of soups so I opened up Yelp and to the nearest Mariscos place we went. Mexico Linda was surprisingly good. I had the fried fish à la Diabla and she ordered the 7Mares soup. I taught her how to open fresh crabs, we chatted, had some food, and became content. Was a good find. Service was spectacular and the music was on point. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area. read more

Only ate there once and the Food was incredible. When you eat the side dishes and are blown away, that tells you something. I had Chile Colorado, best I ever had, rice and beans were Phenomenal. I love this restaurant, doesn't look like much but it's a true hidden gem in town. I don't eat meat and they have lots of seafood options. I always get the chipotle shrimp as well as shrimp nachos. The service is always fast and the waitresses are always so sweet. Everytime I've come to town it's not very busy, one evening during the weekend it was around dinner time when it was busier then usual. If you're in Hanford stop by and try this spot. read more

Stopped on my way to the beach for some burritos and tacos to go. The burritos were delicious, as were the tacos. The taco shell in particular was very light and crisp, I think they must make their own tortillas. I will definitely stop by in the future when I am in the area. read more

The restaurant was very clean with plenty of seating and the staff was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. The food was so so and we really wanted to like it more because everything else was so nice. The grilled shrimp salad was mostly bagged iceberg lettuce mix, and the grilled shrimp were extremely salty. The shrimp Diablo had a good red sauce , not for the faint of heart but perfect if you like a lot of spice, the homemade tortillas were delicious. read more

My wife and I came to try out this restaurant for The first time yesterday. It did not disappoint. I loved everything that was served . The ribeye I got was very tender,juicy and well cooked. Just the way I like. My plate also came with tortillas hechas a Mano so That was another plus. my wife got enchiladas and some horchata. I tried her plate and drink and definitely tasted like mom's cooking. Service was prompt as we didn't wait long for our food. Mexico Lindo in Hanford is about three months into business and should be settled in. My wife and I, noticing the new name and look to a preexisting restaurant decided to give it a go. We found a fairly average restaurant with nothing showing to make them stand out except possibly a full line breakfast menu served daily, consisting of both American and Mexican style breakfasts. I am sure I will be back for breakfast sometime soon. I ordered a chili relleno with rice and beans and red sauce. The chili was good, the rice and beans were similar to what you find served all over the valley.the sauce was VERY picante (spicy, hot). Okay for me. My wife ordered a grilled chicken burrito with green sauce which was too spicy for her. Not okay for her. We had been told that neither sauce was hot at all. I wound up with a quart size bowl of posole after asking for a smaller amount just to taste. The waitress said she would ask if that was possible but the large boat showed up anyway. It was good; not great. No heat to the sauce whatsoever so I asked for some hot sauce to put in there. I got a small cup of habanero chili sauce. Very hot. It took care of the desired heat in the posole quite well. I would have liked more hominy in the posole. I really did like the nice chunks and no scraps of pork as the meat. I brought most home and will have it over eggs. The chips and salsa were below par. The chips were almost burned, and the salsa had no flavor whatsoever - no salt no heat no nothing. The service was good, but nothing exceptional. I'm sure with time the waitresses will learn. The inside of the restaurant is decorated quite eloquently and inviting. It has a good Mexican feel. Ranchero music adds a nice touch. I hope my return trip, which will be for Breakfast, will allow a higher rating than the three stars I now give it. read more

We ordered their luncheon specials. The Chile rellano was good, along with the rice and beans. The chicken enchiladas and sauce was tasty. The food was good. I didn't appreciate not receiving a receipt before paying for the food. The waitress rang up the total and said I can take your card. The machine didn't display the charges and didn't give me a choice on how much tip to leave. I asked for a receipt and it showed the final total only. I don't know what I was charged.
