Insurance process took a while, so they had plenty of time to order necessary parts, etc and when we dropped it off to get fixed, they gave us an estimated "week to week and a half" turn-around time. Fast forward to the end of 2 weeks, my husband tried to call countless times to check on the progress as we hadn't heard anything. No answer, so he left a message. Rinse and repeat that 'call, no answer, left message' process for about a week, until we finally determined an in-person visit was the only way to speak to someone. I had to schedule time away from work and my husband did as well, to make the fairly quick but incredibly inconvenient trip to the shop just to speak to someone. My husband was given the news that they thought the car might be totaled, but they were waiting on confirmation and should have that by the end of the week. Fast forward to the following week, and once again, no word from the shop. No answer to his calls and no returned call from the left messages. So once again, we scheduled time away from both our jobs to physically go to the shop and speak to someone. We were told that the car was indeed totaled and they had known since the week before. The receptionist apologized and said she should have called. Unfortunately, they made a difficult situation even more difficult, at least doubling the time our family of 5 (4 drivers) was down to one car, so I absolutely cannot recommend this business to anyone.

I was halfway home before I realized I didn't get a rough estimated time, so I called and she said best she could give was 5pm when they close. Roughly around 2pm the mechanic calls me and tells me that my car looks fine there was low oil so he filled that, thankfully they never tried to sell me something I didn't need, he filled my tires and fluids and said they'd call after they checked the engine code that kept coming on. News flash Mckenna never called, I called at 4:40 to just ask for my car back, she said "oh well it's been ready," to which I responded "okay so why wasn't I notified..?" to which she responded "well you shoulda gotten a text." I obviously didn't thus the reason I called- nevertheless there was supposed to be a phone call like they said there would be on two different accounts. I came to pick my car up and I got to my car they had left the windows down, who leaves someone's windows down?? As well the cars interior was visibly blackened from the mechanic, I have bright interior, they should have wiped it down if it was visibly much darker than before(they also make things like steering wheel covers and what not for these things), there was genuine grime on the doors, steering wheel, and seat as well as smudgy finge prints on my door. I'm overall extremely disappointment in this shop, if this was the last shop open and I needed my car seen asap- I'd just YouTube it and attempt to do it myself; I recommend going literally ANYWHERE else. Biggest waste of $104.
