Tim fixed my son's guitar while we waited, and gave him some great advice while tuning the guitar. He didn't even charge us for the service. That's unheard of in today's world. The Music place is our new guitar store for any future purchases and I would highly recommend making it your place to go for your music needs. Ask for Tim or Ken. Great guys, and a great place.

Then there are the rare times where a business nails all 3 and that's been my experience at RGB Pro. Went in on a whim after a Google search for a Luthier near me to get a guitar setup professionally and left with a couple of new friends & a killer sounding guitar! Mike & Anthony were in the shop when I entered and they immediately greeted me with over the top politeness and we're genuinely excited to see the guitar I was bringing in for service. They had the guitar destringed, the fretboard cleaned up and polished, the tuners tightened and restringed in a day and wow does the guitar pop now. Prices were absolutely fair for a professional setup. These guys know what they're doing and really care. Beyond that I can't overstate how friendly both Mike & Anthony were. I ended up playing guitar with them and talking for over an hour. 2 guys who knows their stuff. I can't recommend RGB Pro enough to anyone looking for professional work to be done on instruments, keyboards, light setups pretty much anything music related. FYI if you don't believe me check the other reviews as well. Pristine save for one individual who clearly expected several hundred dollars worth of work for just $50 and actually complained about it. Anthony even took the time to tell the customer to come back so he could fix what he wanted done for FREE. Some people are never satisfied.

I needed a pair of bellows straps and turned to Liberty but threw my money away in the process…read more Most straps are unmarked as to brand, but had to be purchased on the basis of length, so I bought a pair. The straps snap into specific snap pins, so I expected to receive the straps and the snaps they mate with, but no! I received some very beat-up frayed straps and no snaps. On objecting, the unidentified (owner?) said they were not sold together, but begrudgingly sent the snaps. He had my original order and would be able to mate the straps with the correct snap pins. No again! The received snap pins for some other brand of straps. I am out my money. Anybody want some useless accordion bellows straps? I'm disgusted with Liberty Bellows.

Our stove went on the Fritz and the burner was shooting sparks out. I can't even make this up…read more We called Lakes Appliances and purchased a standard electric range in white We requested that they pick up the old and drop off the new range/ stove! The value for our money was excellent. This range had everything we needed, and the service experience was top-tier. The communication was excellent at all times and when a slot opened up to be able to deliver our appliance earlier than expected, the excellent communication continue on. Everything has been wonderful and consistent with Lakes appliances. My only regret, is that we haven't ordered from them more consistently in the past 18 years that I've lived in this house Usually, it is trouble to get any appliance or furniture in and out of our doorways because they are right on the marker for the measurement, but when I explained to the delivery man, I didn't have to worry about a thing they didn't slam into my walls or break anything or do anything that would concern me or make me worry I had consistent and constant peace of mind. I am not sure if you've ever had to worry, but this level of peace of mind is worth its weight in gold. I could not thank the manager any more than I already did. I stood there and told them of the great care that their delivery men took, and they acted like my home was their home and they were not only respectful and careful but in no time flat, everything was changed out and they thoroughly explained to me how to make sure the new stove needed to be on for about 45 minutes and that if I smelled anything that was nothing to be concerned about because it is the oil from it being a new appliance Before they left, they went through everything regarding the stove and they had me look it over and give them the OK once I was happy. They provided me with a registration card and told me about the warranty in depth. They were very thorough and I am so grateful because even though I knew about most of these things, they took the time to adequately explain to me so that I understood. I will look no further the next time I need an appliance they're amazing customer service and great professional Care shine through and is worth its weight in gold and I cannot stress that enough that we will only shop at Lakes Appliances from here on out We are not only honored and happy to provide this review of this wonderful business, but appreciative for the great experience that they provide provided us with. Thank you is not enough, but I hope that you get a greater understanding of how much these people truly care when they come into your home and deliver an appliance

I was quite disappointed to find that the stone and setting I bought appraised for over $1,000 less than what I paid for the combination. After speaking with another independent appraiser (not a jewler, just an appraiser) it seemed as if Jeffrey Charles downplayed my stone in hopes that I would return it and give my business to him. Underhanded practices like this are unethical and unprofessional and should not be tolerated in an already inflated market. For the average Cherry Hill/Marlton shopper it might be easy to go to his store and get what you need, but if you're looking for an honest straightforward seller this is not the stop you need to make. Just continue down Rt. 70 into Philadelphia's Jeweler's Row and visit plenty of competitive and respectable dealers there. I was looking for a jeweler who would respect my decision to save thousands by shopping online, giving me his honest opinion on what the ring would retail for (for insurance purposes), and recommending what path to take. Instead all I got was a slimy guy trying to make a naive consumer think they got a bad deal so Jeffrey Charles could make his Porsche payment. STAY AWAY.
