Despite being listed on the receipt as included, this item was notably absent from the shipment. Poor Communication: I reached out to the owner to address this issue, and he informed me that Cambridge no longer produced that specific item. Instead, he had taken the liberty of substituting it with a different product without notifying me beforehand. It was astonishing that he made such decisions without informing customers or considering the ramifications of his company's shortcomings.Conclusion:While I genuinely appreciate the support and expertise provided by other staff members at Livingston Park, my recent encounters with the owner have raised serious concerns about his reliability and overall approach to customer service. He had three different teachers and all were excellent. Two left without notice or saying goodbye, and the third Naama was his last (any my favorite). The price of the lessons were 220 monthly for 30 minute weekly lessons. This is overpriced compared to other teachers/schools I have found in the area. If you want performance lessons, the price is way higher. I also found that it isn't a warm and welcoming place. No one would greet us, I hadn't had a conversation with anyone other than the drum teachers. It's like we were invisible. Even, the director (who has since left) would walk right by and not acknowledge us. The students were cliquey and not once did anyone say hello to my son, who is very shy and joined SOR to learn and hopefully make friends. Never a hello, how are you guys today?", from anyone. Lessons would be cancelled at the last minute and if I didn't follow up and ask for added time or a reschedule, we wouldn't get one. They were sure to take their fees on time though. If your child is not extremely outgoing and really good on an instrument, don't bother, seek private one on one lessons somewhere else. I suggest Gregory Tech Drum Center in Yardley, PA.

Levon has encouraged me to keep learning, and I'm quite glad he does so. For some people, they hop on YouTube to learn how to play a SONG; Levon teaches you to play the INSTRUMENT. Lessons are a combination of book work, theory, and a song of choice to help keep interest. I started about six months ago and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
