Joel was referred to me by a friend. I just wanted him to service my a/c at my residence and my rental. He said that no service was necessary at either place but my rental should have an emergency shut off valve installed. So he installed one. About a month later water started leaking from the valve and the cooler kicked off. I called and he came back (it took 2 days to get him out there) and he spent about 5 minutes cleaning out the pipes. I asked if this was going to happen again, he said he didn't know. So 4 days later it happens again. I call him, no answer. I text him, he responds to me 4 hours later. He says he is in an area with no cell service but he'll call me when he can get service. That was 5 days ago. He never called me back. I called another a/c company and they came right out and fixed the problem. I will NEVER use Joel Coleman ever again. He can't be trusted to be there when you need him. read more
