Also added a new water heater and, my favorite addition will be the split installed in a back room add on with a cathedral ceiling that's difficult to heat/cool on its own. Each installation came with its own specialist, and each team was amazing. They took such good care in ensuring the carpets were covered, and their cleanup was fantastic - including one of the guys who walked the driveway and area in front for nails that may have been dropped!! Anyway, I'm happy to recommend these guys to anyone needing similar work. Oh and btw their financing program is good too with zero % interest making it good value for me.

After reporting a furnace issue (ignitor continually activating after burner was ignited and blower…read morerunning) to my home warranty company, they sent a contractor technician. He diagnosed that the blower needed to be replaced. (I am a certified aero engineer, so am familiar with ignition and burner systems) When questioned about the continuously activating ignitor, he indicated that the continuously running ignitor was "normal." When I sowed him online that the continuously activating ignitor was not normal and could be dangerous, he didn't 52 minutes researching Google on his cell phone and did not change his diagnosis or estimate fir cleaning the fan and replacing the blower that was working fir an additional $240 over the warranty's initial service fee. I called highly recommended Air Systems Solutions in Ventura, CA who arranged for a technician visit the next day. He was very courteous and did a very thorough job and replaced the ignition panel. Aside from the part itself, the service fee was less than half of the original contractor's estimate. Highly recommend work from Air Systems Solutions in Ventura CA.

He said that no service was necessary at either place but my rental should have an emergency shut off valve installed. So he installed one. About a month later water started leaking from the valve and the cooler kicked off. I called and he came back (it took 2 days to get him out there) and he spent about 5 minutes cleaning out the pipes. I asked if this was going to happen again, he said he didn't know. So 4 days later it happens again. I call him, no answer. I text him, he responds to me 4 hours later. He says he is in an area with no cell service but he'll call me when he can get service. That was 5 days ago. He never called me back. I called another a/c company and they came right out and fixed the problem. I will NEVER use Joel Coleman ever again. He can't be trusted to be there when you need him.
