Cole Haan has the same store from outlet to outlet. The first thing I do at every store is go to the clearance area. Typically this is where the deals are located. The store was organized and clean. The staff circled around asking if anyone needed help. They were a little disingenuous because when I asked for help the young lady rolled her eyes. Prices vary from outlet to outlet on the clearance area. The regular sales are the same at every store. They will ship to your home from the store or order your shoes and have them shipped from another location. read more

Location adjusted on yelp Dec 2013. This is a very nice Cole Haan outlet. Located in the Chicago Premium Outlet Mall, in Aurora Il, its near one of the parking areas. This location is a little smaller than the one in Woodbury Commons (NY), but its much better. The items are laid out nicely. They are organized. Nothing left lying around. The music here is too loud, like at Woodbury, but you don't have to scream here, so its an improvement. Parking at this Outlet Mall is pretty easy actually. read more

I didn't realize there was a Cole Haan at this outlet mall! Love Cole Haan but only had a so-so experience here. The selection of women's footwear was pretty solid. Ton of loafers, flats, etc. and a lot of options with the Nike Air insoles. Since it's an outlet, I'm sure the selection is constantly changing. I was hoping they'd have a plain pair of nude flats but there seriously just wasn't. OK. I ended up getting a beautiful pair of leopard print loafers. They were originally ~$190 but were 60% off. Can't beat that! My biggest complaint was the sales staff. Or should I say sales person. I get it's a semi-small store, but there was only one guy working the entire place. I was there on a weekend so it was pretty busy. He never offered assistance or even said hello. There were several other shoppers in the store so I'm not sure if he was totally occupied with them or what. It's an outlet so I don't really hold this against them. Cole Haan - Meow - Shoe Stores Near Me - Aurora, Illinois

I visited the outlet for the first time since Covid pandemic. I went because I wanted to visit Cole Haan. Their hours are now 11:00-7:00. I arrived to Cole Haan around 2:10. There was a sign on the door that said they would be back. Really?? When?? What time did you leave? After killing time waiting for someone to re-open I finally made a call to the store but there was no answer. After 1/2 hour I called again and this time Jennifer answered. Obviously she had forwarded the calls to her cell. She preceded to let me know that legally she was due a 1 hour break...When I asked what time she would be back she said 3:20. I pointed out that it would be in excess of 1 hour. So she said she would be back 3:10. True to her word she was. Amazing that a 1 hour break is needed after only working 3 hours. I understand that a lot of the stores have single coverage. But there has to be a better way to deal with the situation. There were many shops that had similar signs on them. It will not make me want to visit this outlet or store anytime soon. After all, there is the internet. read more

Cole Haan just recently opened in the Chicago Premium Outlets. Unfortunately the mall hasn't updated the maps yet, so it was a bit tricky to find. It's located at 1011, which is somewhere in the vicinity of BCBG Max Azria. Overall, it's an awesome find. The staff are great-- very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. The store is nicely set up with most of the women's shoes right when you walk in, followed by bags and purses, and finally a decent sized men's section. Matt was awesome and helped me find the perfect little black suede ballet shoe. The best part was that I was lucky enough to visit during a major sale and walked away feeling like I'd robbed the place (of course I didn't, but seriously I felt that way with the 50% off price tag)! If you're a fan of Cole Haan shoes, you know that they deliver in terms of both style and comfort (especially with the ones with Nike Air technology). If you've never tried on a pair, go do it, you'll never buy another brand again! read more

All I can say is AMAZING ... Finally a Cole Haan Outlet near me !! The store layout was very upscale compared to other outlets at this mall. I got a pair of cute leather pumps that were 50% off, and they weren't even clearanced. The staff members at this store were very nice. Matt helped me out and he was wonderful go see him.
