The woman working here was so rude for no reason. The ice cream was good, but the bad service was enough to keep me away.

This was my first time trying Cold Stone Creamery, and I was impressed by the wide variety of flavors and mix-ins they offer. I went with the "Cookies Make Everything Batter" in a cone, and it did not disappoint. The cake batter ice cream had just the right amount of sweetness. The Oreo cookie mix-ins added a perfect crunch to each bite. The waffle cone was fresh, crunchy, and paired perfectly with the ice cream. Our server was super friendly, helpful, and had a great sense of humor, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I only got a small since I had just eaten, but it was the perfect size to satisfy my sweet tooth. I could see how they might run into some delays if it gets busy, as there was only one person working and the group behind us had to wait a bit while she finished helping the three of us. That said, by the time we made our decisions and got in line, it was our turn, so it worked out. The shop was quiet with no background music, which made it feel a bit calm and low-key. A great first experience overall. I'd definitely go back to try other flavors. read more

Poor and Rude customer service. I'm no wonder why this location can't even have 4 star reviews. I used to eat ice cream here and have no problem before but what happened today makes me and of course my family will never come back again. I brought my son and other 3 nephews for some ice cream. Why I was busy help the 3 nephews ordered ice creams, my son run around and play with the separate things for customers when they are in line. I know that's was wrong and tried to settle down my son while ordering the ice cream. I tried to do it fast so I could take care of my son because he is autism and ADHD which make him can't stay till. Than, one lady, I'm not so sure she is manager or something and doing the interview or what so ever at the table where we eat the ice cream, came and yell at the girl who making our ice cream if she could tell us to stop my son playing. Well, when I hear that, I tried to stop my son and get him to sit back, and keep finishing my order. But the blink of my eyes, my son was back to play with that thing and she came to me, yelled into my face can I stop him. She yelled. The point here is I know that my son is in the wrong but he played alone and not bother anyone. And I tried to stop him and apologized for that and just tried to finish up my order so I could leave. She could handle things in different ways but choose to stress out both me and the girl who was making the ice cream. It's hurt me. I did even mentioned that he is autism and non verbal. He didn't understand what she said. What she expected me to do. Tell my nephews to stop order ice cream and leave because I couldn't order and watch my son at the same time??? And I swear to god that my son is playing with something that couldn't bother or hurt others. The store is not crowed, only us and the other 2 ladies that later came after us. Why she chose to yell at me in front of my son, nephews and other customers??? I missed the good old day when people will ask for help in this situation instead of yelled at me in front of people. we came about 30 minutes before they close, which i understand is looked down upon, but the girl who did our order was obviously very unhappy to service us. we both wanted cones and said specifically that we wanted cones, anf she didnt give us cones, and our icecream was not mixed very well at all. it only took about 10 minutes to do our order, so we werent there past close. very unsatisfied with spending 20$ on something we didnt get. read more

Went in on 3/30 about 6:30, long line but no big deal. 2 young boys were in line and the 3 young girls working could not help them selves....they spent a good 5 minutes giggling and trying to get the 15 year Olds numbers. Absolutely horrific customer service!! No greeting upon entry. The staff chatted and played with each other before servicing us. When we were able to order the ice cream was melted and the specialties we received did not have enough toppings. I would not recommend spending your money! A simple thank you... would have been nice. read more

Slow ASF waited over 20 minutes for a new employee to make someone else's 2 sundaes. When I went to order mine I asked for a milkshake with Oreo cookies. They put Oreo pie crust crumbs and I said no I'd like the whole cookies please, and pointed to the FULL jar of Oreo cookies right there behind the window. The woman there told me too bad it's the same thing I said that's your opinion but I'm paying for my shake and I want the whole cookies as my mix in. I went here for the mixed in toppings. the young girl scooped ice cream in a cup and sprinkled a teaspoon of chocolate chips on top. I had to ask her to mix in and add more topping. Much different experience than other Coldstones. Do not recommend. Don't waste your money at this one. read more

Are usually love going to cold Stone creamery. But this visit at this store was very uncomfortable. They were not helpful and I was also surprised that my toppings came in precise little bags. I am gluten sensitive. Luckily I checked the website so knew what I could order. There was no one at the counter for several minutes. When she finally showed up I don't know if she was crying or if she had a cold, but she was very sullen. Obviously did not want to be there. Not helpful when I asked questions. No eye contact. Terrible customer service experience. I watched this person wait on 3 large parties. She never lightened up. And to top it off the ice cream was so soft it was melting before I sat down. read more

I've always loved the Sweet Cream, but I couldn't get past the freezer burn taste long enough to enjoy it. $8.20 w/ tax for a small waffle cone bowl is quite ridiculous. While fixing my order the rep rubbed her nose twice as she was handling my food. She was rushing and talking to the rep next to her as she was putting the whipped cream on top. As a result of her not paying attention, the whipped cream flopped sideways all over the cup. I asked her if she could give me some more whipped cream in her response to me was if you pay for it in a very nasty tone. I said never mind. She proceeded to tell me that I was rude. I said I'm not being rude as you are rubbing your nose and handling my food. I plan to call your boss and tell him to watch the camera. Nonetheless,I paid for my my ice cream and I should not have. Before I could even eat the ice cream. I see a big long hair right on top. Needless to say, I had to throw it away because I refuse to eat hair and maybe Boogers. The ice cream is cold stone quality. No problem there. My problem was however, the bathrooms filth. If your idea of a clean bathroom is urine crusted seats, eu de urine smell and soap covered walls from the dispenser go right ahead and use it. Disgusting. Had a great experience. There were two young people working and it was not busy when we walked in. Both of them were very friendly. I look a small cup with one scoop of French Vanilla and one scoop of banana ice cream. Loved the french vanilla flavor. The banana ice cream had taste of raw banana. My husband got waffle cone which was dipped in chocolate with peanuts topped. He got the cotton candy ice cream with coconut flakes mixed in it. Huge ice cream. Wife and I were out without the kids so decided that after our dinner we would stop here for a sweet treat. Service was fairly slow even though the place was not extremely busy. Two younger employees were the only ones working behind the counter and seemed slightly inexperienced. Can't hold that against them, everyone has to learn customer service at some point and these two just needed a little more training, or so it seemed. Overall the ice cream was just ok. My wife got a warm chocolate cake sundae and while it was good, she did say that it was lacking on the basic toppings. If I was in the area and couldn't live without some ice cream I would probably stop by, but surely would not go out of my way to visit. read more

I attempted to contact this store directly, however an error pops up on the website not allowing me to contact the store. I waited in line 22 min (5 people in front of me, 3 of whom left due to the wait and no staff even acknowledging any of us in line-my wait was still 22 min). There were two employees: one not assisting customers and did not say one word to anyone in line the entire 22 min wait, the other moving very slow and discussing calls she was making to friends when taking her break. However, what made me take the time to write this, is that the employee making the ice cream NEVER washed her hands nor did she wear gloves during the 22 minutes she HANDLED the money and made ice cream (touching bananas with her dirty, ungloved hands for two different orders). Yes, no washing hands or donning gloves then entire time she made the ice cream and handled the cash during the purchase. I walked out at this point. read more
