I haven't been to a Wawa in like 15 years (can we please get one in southern Louisiana??), and I…read moredidn't remember why I loved it so much, but when I saw a sign for one as I needed to grab a quick snack and caffeine on a drive post-flight, I decided to take the quick detour. Wawa is everything I couldn't remember it was. Such great food selection, and the option to customize any of the food made to order, great grab and go options, a giant wall of beverages from caffeine to hydration to booze, and so clean and inviting. Not only that, the staff both at the register and at the food counter were incredibly friendly and warm. I am so sad that there is no Wawa in any proximity to where I live, but glad to know there's one on my holiday travel route. Will be back any chance I get!
