Server prioritized others ahead of us (waited about 10 mins to be asked for a drink order, meanwhile filling a drink order for 4 cops who came in 10 minutes after us). Prices looked great, portion size was large but the food itself was a big meh. I asked if they could cook their burgers to temp, got a resounding Yes they can....I asked for a medium burger and it came out well done. I was asked by two people how it was, which I answered "It was ok" - nobody wanted more details. IMHO they have an established base they cater hardest too and they don't extend that service to new customers. Makes the old timers feel great however we'll never be regulars. We won't be back. I get supporting those who support you, but that's hardly a long term sustainable model. Hope you're ready for when those folks dwindle off. They'll be lost in new customers acquisition and won't understand it. Enjoy it while you can. Atmosphere was great. Very disappointed it didn't meet expectations.

I made sure to spend some time in that section before leaving, seeing the 1986 tributes to Mike Piazza, Jose Reyes, and David Wright. It is just fun to be surrounded by the memorabilia. The sandwiches also follow in the New York theme. I ordered the Mr. Met, it had ham, turkey, and roast beef with lettuce, provolone, and tomatoes. I've had it before, so I knew it was good and ordered the full size rather than a half. I enjoyed every bite of it. The service was friendly, and they have daily specials with a different sub featured each day. The food was prepared fresh and fast. If you are looking for a high-quality sub, this is the place to order from.

The loaded hash browns were also just right providing great flavor and texture. Loved the cinnamon-biscuits, they were warm and gooey. The sauce that they bring I know that it's supposed to be warm for an easier grab but ours wasn't. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was calm and quiet enough to have a good conversation without needing to raise your voice. The Service was great , Michaela did an amazing job of taking care of us. She was upbeat, funny and attentive. The food was great 3 of us got the Turkey and dressing and one got meat loaf (I think) All 4 of us were happy with our meal. The ambiance was great, traditional Cracker Barrel look. The restaurant was clean in the dining area as well as the rest rooms. We were greeted when we first arrived and we were politely asked to shop in the store after dinner, I thought this was a brilliant way of getting people to shop... which we did.
