On top of that, people kept coming in to check on their online orders they'd placed long ago and those also weren't ready. Ridiculous. We spent almost $30 for extremely rude customer service. Staff seemed new so I was fine being patient with the more than 5 minutes for my fresh juice. However, there's no patience for rude service. Won't be back despite the options as customer service is just as important as the product. Too many other places to spend hard earned money.

Order: taro milk tea 50% less sweet, strawberry popsicle. Normally, if you want boba, you have to order it and there's an up-charge for toppings. So I was surprised that they included boba without ordering it. The staff was nice enough to redo my order without boba. Even with 50% less sweet, the tea was a little too sweet for me.
