For whatever reason the kids didn't like their frozen yogurt. Just note that if you don't specifically ask for complimentary water, you'll be charged. HOWEVER, we are a family of four. To use the restroom we had to get a staff member to come from behind the counter to use a key to open the door (vs just letting us use the key). And there are two restrooms. My daughter and I went into one and my son and husband was going to go in another. The supervisor didn't want to open the other restroom and asked if my 3yo could just wait until my daughter was done. To me that was inappropriate and inconsiderate. We spent almost $30 for extremely rude customer service. Staff seemed new so I was fine being patient with the more than 5 minutes for my fresh juice. However, there's no patience for rude service. Won't be back despite the options as customer service is just as important as the product. Too many other places to spend hard earned money.

I was quite surprised to find a boba tea shop in Wilson, NC. Love it when small towns diversify…read moretheir cuisine culture. The shop is super cute and intimate. Outside they offered two covered patio tables facing a small garden and a fun mural on the adjacent building. Their menu is limited compared to bigger boba companies in larger cities. I usually get the oolong milk tea or similar but they only had fruit options and at least the familiar favorites: taro milk tea and Thai tea. They also serve fruit popsicles and açaí bowls. Order: taro milk tea 50% less sweet, strawberry popsicle. Normally, if you want boba, you have to order it and there's an up-charge for toppings. So I was surprised that they included boba without ordering it. The staff was nice enough to redo my order without boba. Even with 50% less sweet, the tea was a little too sweet for me. If I'm ever in town again, I'll be sure to do 75% less sweet. Their popsicle looks homemade (I didn't ask) because it had real strawberries in it. My kids enjoyed it.

The shopping center has plenty of parking. I was warmly greeted when I entered and given time to look over the menu. I was told that I could try any of the ingredients first. The fresh fruit and toppings in the case were appealing. I went with the Mango Majic and Blue Lagoon. One had mango, granola, blue majic, pineapple, kiwi and coconut, and the other had blue majic, pitaya, coco love, chia pudding, pineapple, strawberry and coconut. Both were colorful pieces of art when completed. I almost didn't want to eat them. I liked how the flavors went together so well, and the mango, pineapple and coconut gave it a tropical taste. They were similar flavors that I enjoyed. The chia pudding was partially frozen, though. I was provided lids for both bowls and a bag. Then I was told I could place orders ahead on the website. Everbowl has two seating areas inside. I wasn't sure, so I planned to get my order to go. But it is good to know that you can eat inside. Besides the bowls, they offer smoothies, avocado toast, iced drinks, frozen drinks, a grab-and-go section, ice cream and gummies. It was a nice, healthy dish for starting the year, and I will go back to try some of the other options.
