We appreciate the options as a family that wants different menu items. Parents got fresh juices and…read morekiddos got frozen yogurts with lots of toppings. For whatever reason the kids didn't like their frozen yogurt. Just note that if you don't specifically ask for complimentary water, you'll be charged. HOWEVER, we are a family of four. To use the restroom we had to get a staff member to come from behind the counter to use a key to open the door (vs just letting us use the key). And there are two restrooms. My daughter and I went into one and my son and husband was going to go in another. The supervisor didn't want to open the other restroom and asked if my 3yo could just wait until my daughter was done. To me that was inappropriate and inconsiderate. We spent almost $30 for extremely rude customer service. Staff seemed new so I was fine being patient with the more than 5 minutes for my fresh juice. However, there's no patience for rude service. Won't be back despite the options as customer service is just as important as the product. Too many other places to spend hard earned money.
