Yum! Mint chocolate chip on a waffle cone. Fast and friendly service. Not too many places to sit but it does the trick. Very casual and it's been here for YEARS! It can use a little refresh. Otherwise solid, can't miss. read more

Cold Stone Creamery in Miami Lakes has been a staple of both my childhood and my son's. The staff is always genuinely kind and welcoming, and we've never had trouble finding parking, which makes every visit easy and stress-free. We love creating our own creamy concoctions. there's always something new to try. Strolling through Main Street and stopping at Cold Stone is a tradition for us, and it never disappoints. Highly recommended for families and anyone who loves great ice cream and great service. read more

This was the perfect place to have dessert after my brunch with my niece. They have a good selection of flavors to choose from and your choice of cups or cones. My niece ordered the founder's favorite in a regular waffle cone and said it's her favorite. I ordered the mud pie mojo which is coffee ice cream with Oreos, crushed almonds and fudge in a regular waffle cone. It was delicious and the portions were so good but I got a cover to take it home to enjoy the rest later. I would definitely recommend this location for any ice cream cravings if you're in the area. read more

This location needs a thorough and deep cleaning. Mold on the inside of glass with the ice cream. Dust near countertop... etc. This location is very dirty! Needs major attention. The young employees are kind and hard working because this location gets very busy as it is in the middle of Main Street in Miami Lakes. Weekends are always packed. However, still needs major cleaning. read more

Due to the Coronavirus issue, social distance and masks are required for this location during this time. Cold Stone Creamery is one of my favorite ice cream parlors. They are quick and very attentive. This location I haven't been at in awhile, but each one of them have the same fresh taste. I'm not a big dairy person, but when I do have a taste for ice cream, I get a vanilla cup with sprinkles. :-) My son got a cookies and cream medium shake and my Husband got a founders special with chocolate ice cream. They were loading the freezer with ice cream cakes, so I'm sure consumers purchased lots of them at this location over weekend for Mother's Day. I didn't see any cupcakes, so I'm not sure if they have any here. I didn't ask because if they had them, they would've been out for display. If we're in the neighborhood, we will visit again. read more

Love coming here anytime I'm in Main St. I usually always go for the mint chip with brownies added and it's so good! Service is always quick and smooth and the workers are always very helpful! read more

I opened this location and worked here for years. I have never had such an issue as today. I asked for kid sizes for my children and was told they only had love it's or bigger OR I could get a like it with a cone. It is not the customers fault that management didn't order correctly. I should not be told I have to spend more money "or leave". They were fully capable of putting a like it size ice cream or child size in a love it cup. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THE CUSTOMER BE FORCED TO SPEND MORE MONEY. Even the manager said I don't have to spend more money, I could just leave.....yea sure and disappoint my children. read more

The ice cream is delicious. The texture and quality is much richer than any ice cream found in a grocery store. For that reason, it doesn't take a large amount of this, to be satisfied. They offer a variety of flavor combinations. Today I had the mint chocolate chip. My previous visit was a creamy vanilla with fudge sauce and a brownie. This place will wreck your diet! Located on Main Street, this store seems to be a high foot traffic area. During the weekday early afternoon, you are sure to see lots of school kids. Fortunately, they are well mannered kids, just hanging out. If you are an ice cream lover, this is your spot! read more

Tried to give this place another chance but everytime we come the workers are rude and seem annoyed that you're placing an order. The inside looks disgusting and smells terrible. Not going to spend my money on an establishment that doesn't take care of its location and it's customers. Just horrible! read more

Worst customer service ever. Our interaction here was so awkward , we went in on Monday December 5th , at 9:30 ( not an unreasonable time as they normally close at 10:00pm) we were planning on and when we opened the door there was a line of maybe 7 people maybe less and before we could even get in line we were told my the young man working that they were closed. I asked at what time it is that the closed and all he said was " right now" It was super Awkward and embarrassing since all the guests in line turned around and looked straight at my boyfriend and I as we were literally denied service. We decided to leave and go to sun zero less than 5 minutes away where the staff is friendly and we are never denied service during service hours. Cold stone, I know that finding good employees Is difficult right now , but honestly ... do better. read more

I love this place. Just my preference. The ice cream alone I really don't enjoy as much because it's really Rich. Now when I mix in the ingredients I like I love it. My combo is vanilla ice cream, brownie, fudge, caramel. Doesn't get old for me. The down side is that it's kind of pricey compared to just going to your supermarket and buying ice cream or sometimes even another ice cream shop. Sign up for their rewards and sometimes you will get buy one get one free coupon! read more

If you want to wait over 30 minutes for ice cream be my guest. I placed an online order at 9pm for pickup at 9:14pm as per what the website told me. When I arrived my order wasn't even started and I arrived at 9:20pm. Unprofessional. read more

The store hours are till 10pm. I walked in at 9:53pm and they told me they are "refusing customers because we are closed". I said, wait, don't you close in 7 minutes? there is no-one here, why can't you serve me? they said they have been refusing customers all night. A customer walking out said "just buy them till they serve you". I ended up leavening because I don't want them to spit in my ice cream. not fair. it was still early! read more

Worst cold stone location ! Hardly had anything . Gave 3 stars for the nice kid that helped me out with my order . Minus 2 stars for the rude man who attended my best friend . Said "Next" and just didn't say anything after that . Not even when I asked him to put my phone number he applied it and didn't use the reward that I had . His name was Clifford horribly rude like if you don't want to work there you don't have to my man . There are jobs everywhere nowadays try Amazon for example where you work alone and don't need to speak to anyone if you don't want to . read more

What a disgrace this place has become & a shadow of what it used to be over ten years ago. The place is filthy, the floor looks like a pigsty , the cross contamination on the cold stone they make the ice cream on looks like a health hazard, & the employees look disorganized. If your employees have long hair & are preparing food... Maybe they should wear a hair net or a hat. This place is disgusting. read more

No me gustó mucho el helado, las muchachas no tenían puestos guantes, se demoraron en atendernos muy mal servicio

This place smells like spoiled milk did I mention patronizing as well... lost my desire to have a desert

Love this creamery ice cream place but it doesn't feel every time you go here very rude and staff whoever does the hiring should reconsider the people they hire seems like a playground for children very disappointed read more

The ice cream here is always good and quickly made . They aren't letting anyone sit inside nor even lick their ice cream inside so you have to wait to go outside! The only thing that made me want to remove a star was the energy of the lady at the counter. She was helpful but seemed like she had a better place to be. I usually like bribing my brothers here because of the upbeat energy that cold stone usually creates with their employees ! read more

Great ice cream. I've always loved cold stone but in this location there seems to always be a long queue at night. They might want to invest in hiring more workers. read more

A decade ago going to cold stone was a weekly routine for my friends & I while we were in high school. We'd watch a movie and then go get ice cream and people watch. I happened to come around the area and decided to reminisce with some ice cream. I'm happy to report that the ice cream remains creamy and delicious. The staff is young and eager to please. If you're near by, sweeten up your life and go get some ice cream. read more

This place was disgusting. Went last night and the floor, tables and all the glass looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. The workers also looked they didn't care at all about being there. There is a big sign on the door saying that masks are required but only 1 employee out of 4 was wearing one and we were the only customers wearing them. Definitely our last time going there. read more

Wow let me just this cold stone has horrible service .. was attended by Domo very rude didn't even ask if I wanted any toppings I had looked away when I looked back they had put my ice cream in the cup and when I asked that I wanted my toppings to be mixed the look of death stare I got like if I was doing something wrong .. clearly I just wanted some toppings . Then my brother who was with me asked for his ice cream to be on a waffle cone and when he noticed they put it on regular cup he asked for waffle cone both employees looked at each other like if they wanted to tell us we're stupid the guy didn't even apologize just looked like he didn't want to do his job .. these people are doing a very bad job never coming back here again. Btw this just happened So they were working the shift of Tuesday night. I've worked customer service my whole life and I've never seen someone so disrespectful read more

They should get no stars, but it's not an option. I came here to get my birthday ice cream. I ended up leaving when I saw a cockroach scurrying across the counter near the register!!! This wax a German cockroach, not a Palmetto bug. So this means this store probably had a roach infestation. I would recommend avoiding eating anything here! read more

We arrived at 10:03pm. Apparently they have the wrong hours on yelp so we drove all the way here only for them to tell us they were closed. I'm sure they could have taken us as the line was not out the door. I explained the online time said 1am. But he told me that "the store hours were on the front door." I would not have driven this far to come eat here if I knew the store closing was at 10pm. Thanks for being so helpful. read more

The ice cream is delicious but this location the staff is just carefree and don't care about cleanliness anymore. Before you would walk into a cold stone and they greet you and it was such a nice experience. Now it's all gone downhill. read more

You can never fail with Cold Stone. Whether you're coming in for ice cream or it's your turn to bring dessert for the Sunday family dinner, Cold Stone's got you. This location in particular is great because it's right in Main Street so you can also walk-around and shop, or have lunch next door at Pizza Scene before going to catch a movie. It's clean and staff is very nice. read more

I love the overall atmosphere and location of this place. The Cold Stone Creamery is surround by tons of great shopping, restaurants, and a cute movie theater. The location is clean and staff are friendly. Hands down, their Signature Birthday Cake Remix is a must try. Its so sweet (in a good way) and the gooey brownies make the ice cream delicious. The only downside, is that they ran out of brownies for the day, so I had to sub the brownies for chocolate chip cookies, which was just as good. Parking may be a bit tricky, so its best to get dropped off. read more

Ordered through Uber Eats. The order took 30 minutes to make because we called to make sure they were taking Uber Eats orders (if we didn't call, no one would have noticed). After waiting for an hour to receive the (melted) delivery we got a single ice cream. We ordered 2 different ice creams with waffle cones. We didn't even get the right flavor. Terribly disappointed with the service. read more

Horrible service. Placed an order for pickup 35 min before. When I got there they told me to wait outside. Had to cancel order and verify refund before leaving, with Aliyah. This is the second time I have an issue at this location. Previously with a delivery where I got complete different order. They have kids working here who seem lost most of the time. I know it's a busy location so more help and someone a little more qualified, in charge, would be nice. Never again. read more

The worst cold stone I've ever been too. Dirty beyond explanation. The WORST customer service. A mess

I've been coming to this cold stone for years and for some years straight got the cookie dough ice cream cake. It's been a while so I get it for my birthday. Unfortunately they went beyond putting the message of "happy birthday" to cover the whole top of the cake. It honestly ruined it for me for it to be all over the cookie dough pieces. Let them know specifically if you weren't looking for anything past the message. read more

Terrible customer service, extremely rude and unprofessional. Was my go to spot, but not worth going back

This Cold Stone has to be one of the busiest ones in the state, yet the young staff here always keeps things going. The location is pretty clean and they are always stocked on toppings and ice cream. Expect to wait here between 30-45 min on a weekend. In regard to service, I have never had a bad experience here. My only gripe is I wish there was more seating indoors, but given the location of this particular Cold Stone I understand why this is not possible. There is plenty of parking near the movie theatre. I recommend the birthday cake remix or the strawberry ice cream with whipped cream & sprinkles. So delicious! read more

I already agree it's overpriced but I come here for the creamy texture of the ice cream. Today I went with my daughter and got her the usual, cotton candy with blueberries and rainbow sprinkles. The lady didn't even care to mix it. She scooped cotton candy and just poured some sprinkles ontop and a few gummy bears. When I paid the total was almost $8 with tax. For a like it size bowl. I knew this wasn't right since I come here often and never paid that much for her size but what really upset me was paying that much for her to NOT EVEN MIX THE ICECREAM AND TOPPINGS. When I go to try and place an online order for EXACTLY what I ordered, it doesn't even come up to $7. Which means the woman either tipped herself or she INCORRECTLY, OVERCHARGED ME. The place is also DISGUSTING. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND I SEE WHY IT EACH TIME LESS AND LESS PEOPLE ARE THERE. So upset, my poor kiddo had nothing left once she got a few scoops in. read more

The ice cream was really good. No complaints there. My issue is with the customer service. I ordered my ice cream. My son looked at the window and to my surprise asked for chocolate, (he normally only likes vanilla) so I asked for a sample of chocolate so he could taste it to see if he wanted his full ice cream that flavor. I was told no they don't do testers, and that's fine. But another worker there said "why would you want a tester of chocolate, it's the same as everywhere else?" That was truly uncalled for, I just wanted to see if my son who has autism wanted to try something new. Please be courteous to your customers. read more
