Cold-Stone sweets are so delicious that my mouth is constantly watering.Me and my family love Cold-Stone because of the variety of flavors, Cold-Stone has so many flavors to choose from it is so hard to decide which flavors I like best, but from a long experience of all the flavors, I chose Cookie Dough. The only problem I see is that the serving is extremely big, so it is difficult to finish it. The service at Cold-Stone is super awesome, not to mention the cleanliness b.It is so hard to distinguish the difference between how clean it is and a fancy restaurant.I love the servos because everyone is so kind and sweet¨. Unfortunate experience tonight at the Cold Stone in Littleton. We ordered 4 love it ice creams and 2 like it ice creams. What we got was 5 like its and a gotta have it. 1 of the orders was correct. The others had ingredients missing and one didn't have ingredients at all. We easily could have fixed it if we didnt live so far away and they would answer the phone. We got busy signals for the first 5 tries and no answer the last try. We pre-ordered the ice creams and had to wait on a long line to get it because they didn't put it out with the to go orders. Not sure who was shift manager tonight but maybe some training is in order. We spent alot of money and probably wont go back. read more

Great customer service! I am new to the area and had not yet visited this location until today. I have always loved getting ice cream cakes for birthdays from Cold Stone, but seem to always have bad experiences with customer service. Not today! I called in the late afternoon for a last minute cake. Paige was refreshingly friendly and accommodating and had a cake with a custom message ready in no time. Too much money for toppings, they ask for tips for already way too expensive ice cream, but most of all, THEIR COOKIE DOUGH ICE CREAM HAS NO COOKIE DOUGH AT ALL! What? We ordered ice cream and the 6pc peanut butter cup on Uber Eats. The fact that the order took 1hr to complete was annoying but not a big deal but then the delivery driver took another 30min. That isn't Cold Stones fault though. Bytl the time we got the ice cream we put it in the freezer for the next day. Next night we pull out the items and the 6pc peanut butter cup is missing so we contact Uber Eats it hasn't been 24hrs but they tell us we can't be refunded the $20+ for the missing item. Call the store no one can help us. Now I have to fight the whole charge with my bank over a $24 item we just wanted the item not a refund. That is Cold Stones fault they didn't provide the item we ordered and they hire people unwilling to assist with issues. Also our fault because we trusted they would provide all the items we paid for. read more

I really like to go to Coldstone. I really like to go there and recommend it to ice cream lovers. There are really nice people there. I was there once and I was taking a while to get my ice cream but they weren't mad and if they were they did not look like it. They are really nice to children and are awesome to everyone. They always look happy even if they had a terrible day. The service there is amazing. They don't take long to get to you if there is a long line. One thing i really like is that they ask if you want something else. They always make what you want fast. The ice cream there is really good. It is sweet, good, and tasty. There is ice cream and ice cream cakes. It is sooooooo delicious. I would come here any day of the week in summer. I recommend Coldstone to all of the people everywhere. read more

I'm not really one to post reviews and I'm pretty easy going but the customer service here was pretty awful. When my friend and I walked up to the counter, there were like three people there and not one of them said "hi, what can I get for you today", one girl just stood there and stared at us like she was super annoyed. I said hi to her and smiled and she still just looked at me. Then, once I ordered and she made my ice cream, she just kinda tossed it over the counter and goes "there you go". She had lash extensions and medium length hair I believe, but I don't remember her name. I understand how work can be crappy some days & how high school students are as Im a 20 yr old college student. but if you're working somewhere where you interact with customers you need to be polite or just find another job. I recently visited this ice cream parlor with my grandkids. I always get a little nervous taking them out as they can be very difficult when it comes to making decisions and ordering food. However, the kind lady behind the counter, Ezri, was very helpful and even allowed the kids to have samples and pick their toppings! She made the experience fun. Everything in the store was great but I could tell the young lady working behind the counter was super stressed, and nobody was helping her. the young man with glasses and dark hair was quite rude to her, and I felt uncomfortable for her. My wife and I had been served by Kyle at the Mills mall location. It was our first time back to a cold stone in many years. Kyle made that experience easy going and therefore very enjoyable. It was because of that we decided to take our 7 year old son for his first time to cold stone. We were closest to the bowles store so we went there. After once again receiving phenomenal service that included patience, interest in product, and cheerfulness. My wife thought it must be the same clerk from the other location. She asked an employee if the stores were affiliated and sure enough they are and Kyle had been the clerk to serve us at both. Of course the ice cream was wonderful and tasty, the locations were clean as well but what really makes it worth spending that kind of money on a treat is the whole experience.
