Hospice sent script to them yesterday afternoon for my father. I went to get it, wasn't ready said be about half hour so I left and went back an hour later still not ready, excuse this time was no amount to dispense listed and to late to contact provider, would have been great to have known that the first time rather than come back 30 minutes. Explained again that this was medication for my father who just started hospice and we need the medication for pain and that hospice has staffing 24 hours. Contacted hospice and they got it straight. This isn't a one time issue with this pharmacy it's an every time my parents used it. We moved my mothers from there before she passed away and I've instructed hospice to move my father's scripts from there. Incompetence is the word best to describe this pharmacy, staff apparently do not communicate with each other and standard response for customers must be "not ready give us 30 minutes."
