I have no idea where to begin on how bad of an experience I had on November 18th. I took my…read moredaughter in to get something quick, I guess that was my first mistake. It took almost 30 minutes to get our order and by that time my sandwich and her chicken strips were cold. My sandwich sat there over 10 minutes after it was made. Poor young man running the fryer told me he was looking for a new job and I believe quit as the manager (or I think she was) went off on him and the entire kitchen staff. I know the staff were not doing well but the last thing I needed to see was the staff being taken to task. And it still took me right at 30 minutes to get food. The tables were not cleaned and the trash and here not emptied and were overflowing. As bad as all of that was, the bathroom may have been the worst part of the experience. You could smell the urine as you opened the door. My experience is that Freddy's does a poor job at maintaining and cleaning their restrooms, but this was the worst one I have encountered since a Taco Bell back in the 90s. It was so bad I wouldn't let my daughter use the restroom there. I heard the manager babbling about offering free custards to those who had to wait. I never got one. I saw several couples come in and when they witnessed the disaster in front of them, leave. I even told one group get ready to wait as it had taken 30 minutes to get food. They didn't take the hint initially but after five minutes at the register, they left. Look, I know it isn't gourmet food but cold and a 30 minute wait is unacceptable. I would have left but I had already paid. And the worst part was the restroom, pretty sure it would have been a health code violation. I am just thankful my daughter and I did not become ill from the food. This was sincerely the absolute worst experience at any fast food restaurant that I ever have had. If this location is open in 6 months, I will be in shock. Please avoid!

If I'm ordering a sandwich and I hear a woman or an employee signing because I'm ordering something I'm gonna fucking pull the fuck out. saying she's gonna have to change the orders over and over again and I've literally just left because I had six orders four of the same thing two of the other thing and she still couldn't get it right Maybe you should run through an order with your employees so they know what to expect when they're taking orders because this employee was the worst I've ever experienced in a drive-through

Time after time my order is messed up or there is something missing from my bag- a straw, sauces, etc. And it is almost NEVER speedy- dine in, take out, AND drive thru can be very slow even in non-peak hours. Many of the workers look like they could not care less about the customers and their needs. Chick-Fil-A is supposed to be top notch customer service, attentive and alert to needs, and this place is ruining Chick-Fil-A's reputation. I'm not sure if it's a management issue or a hiring issue, but it needs to be fixed immediately.

I went to this Subway location for lunch today, planning to order the same sandwich I always get. I…read moreasked for extra jalapeños, as I do at every other Subway, but the employee refused, saying it would "throw off their inventory." Oh, so now they are counting each Jalapeno? That's one of the most ridiculous excuses I've ever heard. I explained I've never been told this before, but he still refused. I pointed out that jalapeños are one of the cheapest ingredients, but he argued they weren't. He brought up how expensive black olives are. I never asked for extra black olives, just extra jalapeños. His manager even stepped in at this point and told him to add them, yet he refused again. When I asked for the corporate phone number, the manager claimed they didn't have it and couldn't give it to me. I then asked for the district manager's name, but they refused, saying it was "private information." Also saying they woulndt give me their private number, which i never asked for or expected. I asked for the corporate number, or a professional contact number for the manager. I explained that I just wanted a first name to know who I need to ask to speak to. Finally after being told that I am recording the interaction they gave me the District Managers first name. To make things worse, the manager's young child came from the back of the store and tried to join the argument, taking the manager's side. I told the child to step away since it wasn't appropriate for them to be involved. The child should not have been there at all, let alone addressing me and the issues I was having. That was incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate for the manager to have the child there in the first place. I left without my sandwich and will never return to this location. I've had multiple bad experiences here at this point, every single time I have visited this location, I have had a problem. Everything from skimpy portions of meat (I get a tuna sandwich and they like to fill the scoop as little as possible and still call it a portion) to now refusing a simple extra-veggie request. This is corporate greed at its worst, and it's disgusting. I've also reported this incident to Subway corporate. This should never have happened, especially over maybe five cents worth of jalapeños. They ended up having to throw away my entire footlong sandwich in the end, which i am sure "throw off their inventory" way more than a hand-full of jalapenos would have.
