There were so many options to choose from, but we landed on: 2 root beer floats, Ice cream nachos with cookie dough and caramel collision (so good!), 1 scoop of playdough ice cream. Everything was tasty, and the staff was friendly and patient while we made our picks. It was the perfect treat after a sunny day. The only downside and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that we had a coupon but weren't allowed to use it or even apply the value toward our purchase. Not acceptable! She asks if I ordered this online and I say yes. She goes to the back while I pull the confirmation on my phone. She comes back and says the order just says blue. I happily show her my confirmation that says blue#2. Then she offers to add the other blue to the cake. I said I guess if that's my only option. I specifically said I only wanted the light blue added above the dark blue on the bottom layer. Guess how it shows up...light blue on the top and the bottom and might I add it was done so quick and poorly. At that point, I would have just left it as is and had an upset kid. Now it looked like shit. Another girl stepped in who seemed more in charge and confirmed it was an online order and asked if I already paid. I said yes and it seemed as though because I already paid nothing could be done. The icing on the cake was as I was leaving the original girl "helping" me yelled HAVE A NICE DAY! Just as an extra jab to an already shitty experience. I wish I had gotten her name. I wish I had refused to pay and talked to a manager. Sharing so you too don't make the same mistakes I did.
