I selected this option for the young coconut shell base. It was topped with nuts and red beans. The bottom had green sticky rice, clear treats (forgot what they were called), and coconut meat. Both flavors of ice cream tasted yummy. I never thought of a combination flavor of sticky rice and ice cream would go well and it kinda worked. If you don't want the coconut base, you can order it in a cup. It is cheaper and comes in the same way, minus the coconut. There are hot food items available for those who don't want ice cream.
