I happened to be in the area and randomly stumbled across this spot; I'm glad I did. I specifically stopped in for coffee, but noticed quickly they have more to offer like crepes, ice-cream, iced teas, smoothies, bakery items, chocolate covered fruit, and breakfast options. When I arrived there were two people ahead of me and I waited. Line went fairly quickly. I kept it simple this visit and got an iced latte with whole milk. Many flavoring options to pick from as well. It's a cute space that's bright and seating options on both sides. The gal helping me was friendly and upbeat. Been wanting to try this place for a while. Stopped in for a little treat in the afternoon. Got the small sized ice cream cup comes with 2 scoops. I got mint chocolate chip while the kiddo got Superman (obviously). The ice cream was good, nothing to write home about and a little pricey for what you get. The space is absolutely lovely though and I will definitely come back to try a coffee drink which is probably what they're best known for. I am so excited that I finally found a neighborhood coffee shop that I actually enjoy! We usually travel for a great coffee shop but this one is conveniently located just 5 minutes from our home in White Bear Lake. I am a huge fan of their Spiced Chai and the croissants are huge and so tasty! I have tried two of the three toasties they offer and I highly recommend the Nordic Toastie! But be warned it is HUGE and can and should be shared! The inside is small but they really utilized the space for seating options. The staff is super friendly and I've never had a long wait! Love this spot! They have rewards program and lots of weekly deals. The smoothie bowls are huge and a great price for what you get. You can mix and match multiple bases and no upcharge for extra toppings. The baked goods are amazing, the raspberry croissant is a must. Indoor and outdoor seating, lots of parking, kid and dog friendly. They forgot a coffee in our order so we got it for free and a free baked good! This was really appreciated. I love this coffee shop. Being fond of crepes, the strawberry cheese crepe is sensational. I have brought several friends to taste the crepes and coffee/lattes. All have been greatly impressed. They have been adding to their menu, many items as they continue on. I hope they will add some dinner crepes soon. So much you can do with the pancake and they do it well! My recs: -pumpkin pie chai latte with oat milk and a shot of espresso -salted caramel latte with oat milk Staff are friendly. Service is a little slow but the menu is big and there's only two employees so I think that makes it get backed up a little bit. My friend and I were looking for a coffee shop to study in and found this place! They sell much more than just coffee, they have crepes, smoothies, and ice cream also. I don't know what syrups/flavors they use for their coffee but it's really tasty. Also, I definitely recommend getting a drink with oat milk. I heard good things about this place so I went there. There was one person working on a Saturday at 1:00. She was sweet and explained she was the only one working. There were 3 people in front of me and it took 30 minutes to get a smoothie. While I was there some people ended up asking for their money back and leaving. The smoothie was fine but not worth a 30 minute wait. I always try to go to the small locally owned places but I should have gone to Caribou. I understand staffing shortages but either close if you can't staff the place or the owner should be there supporting their employees. Maybe that's why they can't get people. I never give reviews and I don't feel like my expectation is that high. But I went here for a coffee and a snack and when I walk in there's 80s music blaring on one side then on the other side there's more music (relaxing) but it's drowned out by the other music. I went to get a coffee but they didn't have sweet cold foam which was fine so I got an iced chai. My jaw dropped when she said $7.50!!! Holy crap! Then I started looking at the other menu items and just a cup of coffee is $4. SMH. And the prices went up from there. I went to sit down on the quieter side and the table was all loose and wonky. Now all I can hear is the other loud music and it's just not a place you can focus. Plus it was just way too sweet and had very little flavor. And no decently healthy snacks that are under $5 unless you want an overpriced piece of bread. Bummer to leave a bad review but that was unpleasant! read more

Excellent, excellent coffee. Each cup is brewed individually. Very fresh, and only takes a moment or two to make. I've had an espresso and regular roast. Both were flavorful. Their coffee is not bitter like Caribou and Starbuck's can be. They do not have a drive-up window, but it takes the same amount of time to get your coffee as it does to wait in line at a drive-up. Service was wonderful. Please give them a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

So happy to get a local coffee/ice cream/smoothie place!! We've been here twice now and have had great service and food/beverages each time. I've had the açaí and the power smoothie bowls so far and both were amazing. You get a big portion size as well! I was able to bring some of each of them home to save for later. The ambience was cool. I went here with my girlfriend and she ordered a simple mocha with raspberry syrup. I ordered a small black coffee. We waited about 10 minutes before the workers said they "had no raspberry." She asked for strawberry syrup. 5 min later, they said they "had none." My gf ended up saying no syrup just give me my GD mocha. At this point they brought out my small coffee which was spilling out the bottom of the cup all over the counter. When I went up to get it they said "We'll refund the mocha." They didn't. I got napkins and cleaned up my coffee because I assumed it was the lid. I got in my car and I picked my coffee up out of the cup holder and the bottom of the cup was leaking into a coffee pool in my cup holder. Before I even took a sip. I ended up throwing the coffee in the dumpster where Bean Co. coffee belongs. Worst coffee shop experience ever. Only giving 2 stars cuz it looked cool (but Lowkey deceiving.) read more
