This was the worst service I've ever received. I'm incredibly disappointed, and I will never be returning to any cold stone stores for the rest of my life. I had a random craving for the banana pudding ice cream which was supposed to be phased out yesterday. I called and spoke to one of the ladies working who checked the back and found some for me! When I went in I was greeted immediately by Charity, McKayla, and Sydney. Normally I don't write reviews for chains unless it's a notable experience and this most certainly was. Judging by the fact that they left the sticker on the apple before coating it with caramel, they probably didn't even wash their apples before glazing them with caramel. The apple itself was good. We also ordered some ice cream, and got a smattering of other flavors since they don't rinse their mixing scoops inbetween. No one except employees were wearing masks even though it was posted mandatory on door. Most inside were teenagers all bunched together with no social distancing and no regard for others. Then a mother and her son came in without masks and the mother should have certainly known better but acted oblivious to everything. Floor was clearly marked where to stand but this was ignored by everyone except myself and another couple. I spoke to the girl who worked there but she ignored me. So sad as we are turning into a nation of selfish morons. It is no wonder the EU has banned Americans. If teenagers are going to work there, then a strong teenager needs to be hired who will enforce these rules. No one has the constitutional right to infect and possibly kill someone else. It is illegal to go without clothes in public; add a mask to your wardrobe. Owner did get back to me after I wrote. She is working on the mask problem and social distancing. She did do her part but needs an employee who is not afraid to enforce the rules. read more

I think reviewing very large chains is almost silly. Did you know Cold Stone Creamery is in 25 countries outside of the US? Did you know they make the ice cream in house? Did you know they market it as "Super Premium"? Well they do. It's delicious. It's ice cream, who doesn't like ice cream? If I had $300,000 I'd open my own franchise and retire. My family and I have been coming here for years, but today was different. When we walked in there were about 6 people behind the counter. One was helping a new person and two were standing in the front of us. We waited patiently because we already knew what we were getting, but we were not acknowledged. I quietly said to my 11 year old we are going to Dairy Queen because they have seen us and haven't even said "we will be with you in a minute". I explained that our money should be spent where people acknowledged our presence. As we turned to leave one employee said " Hello, we were about to help you". Too late, sorry maybe next time. These guys are awesome. I haven't had a bad experience here yet. The store is very clean and the inside doesn't feel too crowded. The employees are very kind and don't complain with indecisive customers who can't make up their mind. The only problems I have had with this store is under filling when I order one of the larger sizes to go. I would assume that they are supposed to fill the container to the top, however, I have gotten 3/4 filled containers where the employee realized they under filled it and didn't do anything about it. Overall, cold stone has great flavors and awesome employees. Hopefully they can keep it up and I will definitely continue to buy ice cream from them. read more

We had a horrible experience there! The place was empty at the moment and the three teenage girls behind the counter rushed us through the line like we were at Chipotle during a rush. They completely blew 2 out of 3 of our orders even after confirming what we wanted! To make matters worse there was no offer to fix the problem-- just ATTITUDE. We did not get what we wanted. As a former restaurant GM, I would say it's time to retrain them or get rid of them and save the reputation of your business! It will be a long time before we return -- if we ever do. read more

I have eaten here many times and the service was alright. However, today I ordered through Ubereats and the manager gave my food away to a random door dash driver. This was very alarming figuring as the driver didn't even work for Ubereats. I called and the manager had a horrible attitude and didn't care at all that she just gave my food away to a random driver. She was completely unhelpful and told me to call Grubhub (who I also didn't order through) which showed me she paid zero attention to what was going on. When my uber driver finally arrived at Coldstone he was told that someone already delivered my food (via another delivery service I didn't use) and so he called me and cancelled the order. Luckily Ubereats was helpful and gave me a full refund. Coldstone's manager is very unprofessional and disrespectful and extremely unhelpful. read more

Worst customer service ever. First choice, no funnel cakes and was told no idea if more were coming. Friend chose peachy dream, but it was a nightmare. Girl mixing it shoved the soupy bad tasting mess into too small a cup and when we asked about the waffle cone she said they were out of those too. I asked her for a bigger cup and she dropped the small cup into the bigger cup. I had to dig it out and scoop what was my now half melted ice cream into the bigger cup myself. My friends tasted terrible (I tried it too) so she just threw it away. Then this girl had the nerve to charge us $6.00 EACH for these 6 oz. cups of half melted mess. Terrible customer service. This location is the worst, every time I go there they mess up my order. My past visit I ordered Kit-Kats and Sprinkles, and they gave me Reece's. You need to hire more mature servers, my daughter had her order thrust and slid across the counter which caused it to spill. she requested the server make it over and the person remade the order with such extreme hostility and immaturity. her order included peanut butter and nuts which my daughter did not ask for and it was fed to my ten month old grandson...thank God he was not allergic to either. when my daughter requested to speak with a manager, she was told no one was available and there was not a customer service number that she could issue a complaint to. we have never experienced this behavior at any other coldstone location. This incident should not have happened. These servers need to be reprimanded,I notice there is another review that states a server shoved an order at a customer...perhaps this server needs to pursue another area of employment...definitely not in the hospitality area... read more
