I was really excited to try this frozen yogurt place because I love a good self-serve fro-yo place…read more Many of the flavors were appealing (peanut butter, cake batter, lemon, mango, thin mint, cookies and cream, etc) but an employee must assist you in order to try samples (remove one star!). Normally this bothers me only a little bit, but the only employee in the store was on a personal call when we entered and just ignored us as we looked at the flavors. Eventually we had to ask her to get us some samples (they keep the sample cups behind the counter). Well, she got us each two different samples then proceeded to get back on the phone and ignore us. So we took it upon ourselves to refill our own sample cups (taking off another star for the poor service). The frozen yogurt itself was delicious (I had my usual...cake batter with rainbow sprinkles and mini gummy bears) and my friends and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio eating our fro-yo and people watching. What I liked about this place and what differentiates it a bit from other fro-yo places is the fact that they list the calories per ounce for each flavor. Although they had enough variety in their toppings to please different tastes, they had fewer choices than some other stores. Although the product itself was good, I will not be back because I much prefer Menchies...they allow you to get your own samples and their employees are always polite and attentive!!!

Typical frozen yogurt in the south point mall. It's not very busy but it could be the time of day…read more It's was super hot nearing happy hour. The froyo was the same multi- selection by weight with plenty of topping options. The price is a little higher than the other local places. The only downer really was the limited seating inside (poor use of space) and the terrible service. First, the lady behind the counter had disappeared to the back and it was a long wait for her to return. When she did show up she looked disgusted to be there and was cradling a phone in her neck, yapping to someone one the line while ringing me up. She was obviously on a personal call and seemed to hate being at work. I guess it was more important to continue on the phone with her friend than worry about the fact that she was at work to do a job. With so many froyo places to chose from I was surprised to see how little this one cared about service. This place is probably just relying on its real estate and convenience so they don't worry about retaining customers.

Not a lot of space inside, but plenty of space outside on the lawn, with chairs and stuff to sit on. The ice-cream was all great. they generally have a bunch of flavors that you can't get anywhere else, so try them and mixed match. The people working there are very good. They are friendly and knowledgeable about their products... just ask and you receive. If you want dinner and dessert, I recommend one of the restaurants right in the area, going to ice cream afterwards, and just having a pretty chill time. Parking was not too great when I went, because it was general for all business, but that may have changed. Today is 10Jun2026. I last went about 8 months ago... forgot to yelp.

Not too sweet, just perfect and it balanced the gooey butter cake really well (that one's a bit too sweet for me). Such a nice spot near UNC too. The service is efficient and precise. The ambiance is calm and relaxing with a dent of brown sugar. The ceremonial grade Uji Matcha was the best that I've had outside of Kyoto, hands-down. Additionally, the milk foam on top is perfection, and not too sweet, not too salty, just right. All of the other teeth that I tried were good whether it was fruit tea or green tea. I will definitely return for any of their drinks.l whenever in town.

I was surprised how busy it was when we arrived, but the staff were pleasant and very patient as I struggled with my decision. I originally wanted ice cream but I the size they offered was way larger than I was wanting. My mentee ended up getting the Cookie Monster and she was kind enough to let me taste the ice cream and wow-AMAZING!!! I ended up with a medium sized Thai Tea. I enjoyed that we could watch the ice cream being made-it was cool to see the liquid cream and cookie get mixed together and rolled. I liked that there was both an option for in door and out door seating, over all it was a decent space and experience!

We waited 20 minutes for our "hand rolled" Dubai chocolate ice cream. The vanilla ice cream base was very meh. I've had better vanilla ice cream from the grocery store. The toppings were also meh. I have had chocolate Dubai gelato before and been absolutely wowed. The only wow I have for this place is that it was actually busy and that it has so many great reviews.

The place is undeniably cute... but all the signs looked painfully AI-generated, which gave the whole aesthetic a weird, soulless vibe. We ordered the s'mores rolled ice cream to split since it was $10. It wasn't even busy on a Monday evening, yet we waited about 25 minutes with only 3-4 people ahead of us. They were training a new employee and everyone seemed genuinely kind, so that's not my issue at all--I just didn't expect to spend nearly half an hour waiting for one rolled ice cream. Now for the real tragedy.... Maybe the wait would've been worth it if the ice cream had been good, but it was one of the strangest textures I've ever had. It was unbelievably gritty, almost like someone froze watery almond milk and called it ice cream. Every bite somehow managed to be both icy and grainy at the same time. The whipped cream tasted like absolutely nothing, which I didn't even know was possible. The only redeeming part was the toasted marshmallow on top. Cute shop, nice employees, but the ice cream itself was such a disappointment that I won't be coming back.
