If I could give zero stars I would. Everytime we have ordered online this store has messed our order up. This last time it took 2 hours to get our order. They were out of what we ordered and didn't call us til the driver was there and then the driver just left. When we finally got our order 2 hours later you could tell they literally scooped our ice cream when it was ordered two hours earlier and we got delivered completely melted ice cream it was literally soup. And there is zero way to cancel your order or ask for a refund. Ridiculous experience. read more

We went here for dinner after eating across the street at EO's Burgers. There wasn't anyone in line so we were able to order right away. I ordered the That's How I Roll signature ice cream and they didn't know what it was so I pointed it out to them on the menu on the wall. They read it to see what goes inside the "creation" and made it. When I got it, it was good. Phew! At least the ingredients was on the wall. If you've been to one Cold Stone's you've been to them all and this one is pretty consistent with others that I've been to. read more

After having a nice birthday lunch we decided to go here to get some tasty ice cream on 4/27/2023 at 4:15pm. Upon arrival we were NOT greeted by neither of the 3 employees working. Not sure if one of the young lady's was being trained but still no greeting? Two of the ladies went to to back while our ice cream specialist took our orders. Next our ice cream specialist was very blah acting towards us, but she did respond with a hello after we greeted her. Not sure if she was having a bad day but she was not at all happy to be at work on this day. We even tried to have small talk, of course pertaining to ice cream, but still no form of friendliness. Once we cashed out and were provided our receipt she just walked off and gave a halfway "have a nice day". We even thanked the young lady and told her to have a better day but she just walked off like she didn't hear us or want to even hear us. I believe customer service is a full service presence, your attitude being number 1 and always greeting someone that comes into your establishment. If this was an off day and I was just extra happy because I made it another day in life (my day of Birth) then I'm sorry to have expected to have a different form of service. Great tasting treats Our ice creams were made quickly and looked and tasted amazing (we got birthday cake remix and strawberry blonde). The portions are very liberal, 1 "scoop" is towering over the top of the cup. One suggestion: Make waffle cones throughout the day. It makes the place smell *amazing* when you walk in. There are two young girls that work at this location who are clearly working really hard and do a good job. That's the reason for the two stars. However, every other employee I have seen is lax about enforcing mask and social distancing rules (It is impossible to social distance inside the store if there are more than 10 people). I have left on two occasions before ordering because of this. Wouldn't recommend for those who are at high risk for COVID-19. read more

Service poor, ice cream great! The location is small, with limited seating. I was annoyed when there were people sitting at tables and seats while paying customers had to eat outside in the cold. When I told the cashier about it, he said they might buy something later. I recommend their sundae selection. The brownies are microwaved, so they come a little warm. I am not a fan of their hot chocolate because it is powdery and the "hot" water they keep in the thermos should be changed more often. read more

Very disgusted with the manager's attitude. I ordered Love it size chocolate ice cream with brownie in it through DoorDash. When the ice cream got to me, I found two long black hairs in it. I am a BLONDE. When I called the manager to let her know the situation, she told me she didn't understand how this could be true, her employees have their hair up. I didn't ask for a refund, I had already gotten one through DoorDash, I was simply informing her, to avoid this happening again. She was extremely rude on the phone, I will NOT ever visit this location or order from them again!!! read more

This was one of the worst ColdStones I've ever been to. The guy behindt he counter was unfriendly, the waffle cones were stale, and the ice cream just wasn't very good. Big big negative for the fact that I made eye contact with the guy as I was tipping and he didn't acknowledge it at all. I thought ColdStone employees were supposed to sing/chant when they got a tip? I can understand why they might have done away with that, but if you're watching me tip, at least say thank you. read more

I would leave zero if I could. There was 4 people on the floor and a line to the door and the change of slow pace did not change one bit. I observed a lot of standing around and conversating and not caring about anything, when about to order the guy did not say a word to me and just stood there waiting for me to approach him. I have been a long time customer of cold stone creamery, the last few visits I've had have been very unpleasant. The employees are anything but friendly, looking like they just rolled out of bed and never standing behind the counter when I walk in, having to wait sometimes up to five minutes before I receive any kind of acknowledgment that I've entered the store. Every time I've gone in they have had no waffle cones made, nor have they given the option to make one for me. The ice cream cabinet was full of ice cream thrown around into other flavors, it was a disgusting mess. When I go to cold stone I enjoy that my toppings I choose are mixed into my ice cream, the past two times I've been they have not mixed the toppings I've chosen into the ice cream. They place the toppings I choose on top of my bowl. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the shop. And I have decided not to return. It's a shame. read more
