We went later in the day this time and the texture was so much better. My kids swirl cone and strawberry nachos. I opted for the s'mores milkshake. I love that This is one of the few places that does swirled ice cream. The pretty swirl it makes while adding the flavor is just so nostalgic for me. Ice cream nachos were one of the most unique things we've tried in a while. I love the little dipping waffle cone pieces. It was delicious. I also loved the milkshake because the toasted marshmallow ice cream was really good. I had her add chocolate and graham crackers which was really good, but I would probably forego the chocolate next time because it slightly overpowered the really nice marshmallow ice cream. It would have been amazing too with just the graham cracker. The service wasn't bad, we were second in line and got our ice cream pretty quickly. Not much ambiance to speak of, you order at the takeout window (much like a similar chain ice cream place) and then they do have a handful of picnic tables around back, so that is cool when you don't want ice cream melting in your car. We will definitely be back, probably to split more of the cool nachos.

The girl that took my order was nice enough but the other girl had a rude tone and sour expression. They didn't allow my dipped cone to drip long enough so the cone holder was over flowing with chocolate all over my shirt on the first bite. To make things worse she swirled it with butterscotch instead of peanut butter as requested. Gross. Used to love Wallys but atp rather go to a chain.

I enjoy the heck out of fro-yo, and building a crazy concoction is one of life's great pleasures. I was pretty disappointed when this was the closest thing we got when we moved here though. I will completely ignore the personal choices of the business, which are their business. I'll focus on the things that personally affect my individual visit. I do like that they have a pretty large selection of flavors. You have ample choices when it comes to yogurt choices and even more when it comes to toppings. The popping bubbles are actually a new one for me and I am pretty tempted to just buy an entire bucket of those and keep them at my house to add to... pretty much everything. Best discovery ever, thanks to these guys. Unfortunately, that is pretty much the end of the really positive things I can say about here. I understand the desire to cut down on the product losses, but one thing that this company doesn't do is have the microscopic sized condiment cups found in every other fro-yo shop I have ever set foot in. You know the ones. Not enough to get any actual amount of product, just enough to decide whether or not the lime sorbet tastes like fruit, or tub cleaner before you spend like $.70 an ounce on it putting it in your cup. They only have two sizes of cups here: big and really big, so it is super easy for a quick tug on a handle to easily cost you $9 and then it ends up tasting like cleaning supplies. Trendy little sample cups would be really helpful. Which also brings me to my next point... This location always seems to be a bit too warm, which means that the yogurt machines are always at punch too warm, so the yogurt is always a touch too melted in my opinion. It would be nice to know that the flavor I pick is half juicy before I add it to the cup to pay for. Also a bit of a weird preference thing, but they do some of their flavor choices oddly. I love a nice vanilla and chocolate swirl, sign me up for a cookie dough and Oreo swirl any day of the week! But when they put pineapple and cotton candy on the same machine... (because inevitably my kiddos will pick that one to swirl, and I let them make their own fro-yo to support autonomy, then pay $30 for 3 cups, and when they get bored or full or grossed out because... pineapple/cotton candy, I inevitably end up attempting to eat whatever awful concoction came out of the machine, because I paid an unreasonable amount of money for it.) Again, a preference thing, but it is still unfortunate. The last reason why I almost hate when the kids ask to come here is because the seating is soooooooooo uncomfortable!!!!!!!! They have very hard wooden benches, no padding at all, and they are laid out where the two tables are very close together sharing one bench, so when it is crowded, you end up practically sitting in another family's lap. It is kind of uncomfortable to either wiggle/scoot from the outside of the table allllllllllll the way around to the opening, or to slide through the tiny opening in the middle and shove your butt in some strangers face to sit down. Either way, I learned my lesson and if it is too crowded, we just go elsewhere. All in all, I go when the kids are craving autonomy and popping bubbles, but this is definitely my least favorite of all of the (very very many) frozen yogurt places we have gone to.

I needed some pastries for a teacher appreciation thing at my kids school so we decided to go with her homemade pop tarts. Although I love everything I have ever tasted that she makes, her pop tarts are super unique. And they are DELICIOUS. I've now tried strawberry, blueberry, and chocolate and they are all phenomenal. We were able to schedule an order to pickup about a week later, and she is so nice about being willing to make an assortment of flavors, and even packaging her new "pecan pie" ones separately, just in case anyone has an allergy. Love it! Little things like that go a long way in my book as far as service goes. The shop is small, but very cute. I love how woodsy and earthy everything looks. Her cake stands are round slices of wood and she has cute earthy decor all around. She was super busy, preparing for the pecan festival the day we were in, so the cases were empty but she was happy to tell us all about the things she had available in the back still. I'll definitely be back to order more.
