Best manager ive ever seen he gave me free ice cream bro is such a cooll guy and it was a great ice cream too I couldn't even finish it

Young man working by himself was quick and efficient. He kept the line moving fast. They were out of a lot of fresh fruit and toppings. The bathroom was also out of order and the cone bowels were stale. read more

Great ice cream as always. Great customer service. The two employees were working very hard and well under pressure. Only thing I was iffy about was that the employees weren't wearing gloves. read more

It has been a long time since I had Cold Stone Creamery ice cream! When I was in Branson last week, I saw this shop during my drive on the strip, and later that afternoon, I stopped by to order my ice cream. I ordered cheesecake with fruit ice cream on a cone, and it was delicious! The location has plenty of parking spots, and the staff are prompt and fast with their services. I highly recommend this ice cream shop if you visit Branson, MO. read more

Cold stone is a classic that provides both flavor and good customer service. I have never had a bad experience here and it's something I always suggest during ice cream nights! read more

The ice cream was perfect, and the restaurant was clean as always. What was most unique about this location is that the employees sing a jingle every time they get a tip, which was entertaining. You can tell they love working there, which is always a good thing to see. read more

Amazing service and friendly workers!! The ice cream was so good and the building was tidy. I'm definitely coming back as soon as I can!!

Great ice cream, great service! Girl was one if the best at cold stone we have run across!

Went in to get icecream on 11-27 at 6:15, saw some tables and asked if we were able to sit indoors. They said no, of course we decided to leave due to it being cold outside and having young children with us. The young dark haired girl proceeded to stick her tongue out and dance. I mean there was like 8 of us, so I guess she was celebrating not having to make icecream? Seemed coy and immature, we were not rude to them at all. Won't be back. read more

Decent service with a selection of 12 or 14 ice creams and a sorbet or two. Pick a mix-in and watch them fold it all manually and fit it into the cup or cone. I had a taste of the non-fat non-sugar sweet cream (sweetened with Splenda) and it was pretty darned good. My main complaint? It's way too noisy in the store. Between the loud music and the shouting patrons, we had to enjoy our ice creams outside. On the plus side, they had two tables there so we could watch the traffic on the Strip. read more

We just went to Coldstone Creamery I had the Oreo cookie overload and it was delicious the amount of ice cream they put in one cone is a lot and The Cone is much bigger than normal cones seen at a ice cream place so if you're not really hungry it's a lot of ice cream but of course I love ice cream so I ate all mine. Cold Stone Creamery is really nice the girl at the cup ter was very nice we left the tip and she dc started singing, hilarious. visit Cold Stone Creamery and she actually saw on the phone which was actually pretty funny. She was adorable. So if you ever in Branson visit Cold Stone. Yummy read more

Great ice cream as always but the staff were what made this location extra special. They sang, did tricks and worked amazingly as a team. Great job! read more

Service is everything in a world where kindness is lacking. The two ladies who waited on us were robotic at best. My mom told the girl scooping the ice cream how much she appreciated her, the young lady never looked up or acknowledged it. The young lady who rang us up walked away before transaction was complete, I had to ask if we were finished...her reply, oh yea, you're good. You can sell the greatest product on earth but if you can't muster a smile or eye contact...I'll pass. I wouldn't return. read more

Love Cold stone Creamery no matter what town. I don't believe we have ever had a bad experience. Our favorites are German Chocolate Cake and hubby likes anything with fudge. There is one challenge, my kiddos don't like add ins and you have to pay full price w/wo add ins read more

Visited both in our visit to Branson. The one on the strip has the best staff. They sing when you tip and throw your ice cream in the air. Great experience. read more

Jacob T was outstanding! Great professional and super friendly while getting my daughter's oreo sweet cream shake.

One of the more memorable Cold Stones that I have ever been too! As always, the ice cream and toppings were amazing! What sets this franchise apart is the attitude of the staff! They are always full of life and have sooo much enthusiasm! I am always in a better mood after I leave! read more

We really enjoyed the ice cream here. Fabulous product and idea! There is one blond gal who is sweet as can be, and we really enjoyed her. There is also a thin, taller boy who was very polite as well. The four stars comes from one gal with purple (and maybe some aqua??) hair. She was sullen and unhelpful, and clearly does not enjoy her job. When asked about the rewards program, she didn't know much, and didn't care to find out. Simply said, "I dunno. You'll have to go online." Other than this, the place was very clean, and we highly recommend their ice cream. read more

This is definitely my favorite place for ice cream in all of Branson! They make all of their ice cream fresh in the store. Additionally, they take the flavor of ice cream and let you choose fresh fruit, candy, cookies, pie filling, brownies and cake to mix your favorite recipe right in front of you on a frozen granite stone. The finest ingredients make the very best ice cream. Another fun part of the experience is that when you tip a dollar they entire crew will join in singing a song. This is also a great place for your next cake. They have great cakes in stock or custom. So great ice cream, clean store and friendly/fun crew members....that's a recipe for success! read more

My wife and I bought a strawberry and the special banana bread ice cream while the lady before us bought a chocolate. All three of us threw the ice cream out after two to three bites. It was horrible, especially for the price. Never again for this chain. read more

I would NOT recommend cold stone Branson, MO location under current management and standards. Last weekend my family and I went to enjoy some ice cream after hike on a nice spring day. I ordered ice cream and it was excellent. My sister ordered two scoops of ice cream each being a different flavor, but the server (a nice young man) accidently scooped the wrong ice cream and proceeded to fix his mistake after we realized the order was wrong. My wife ordered a shake and the taste was not bad however it had the consistency of plain milk. We brought this to their attention and one of the servers said "Oh, I may have added too much milk" and then acted like she would remake it. Then the cashier/server named Lizzie essentially said we might be able to replace it after we take care of these people. Which was frustrating considering we had to wait on the full line of people for their own mistake. So after approximately of waiting for 5 minutes for the mistake to be fixed, they still had not begun making the new shake. Finally, after the line dwindled down, Lizzie began to make the shake. After she made the shake, she rudely slammed the shake on the counter. Part of the shake was dripping down the side of the cup. My wife asked for a napkin and Lizzie pointed down towards the cash register and said the napkins are down there. My sister walked up to the cash register and asked for a manager. There was no manager on site at this time. So my sister asked to talk to one of the girls. Lizzie came out and my sister said that she did not appreciate with the way we had been treated. Lizzie immediately began to defend herself and said that we typically do not replace orders for taste even though taste had nothing to do with problem, it was that the original one was not made correctly and the young lady who made it even said that was the case. Lizzie continued to try to argue and defend her case. After realizing that Lizzie did not have any concerns with the customer service we received, we asked for the manager's phone number. She temporarily went to the back, opened the door abruptly, gave us a sticky note, and then slammed the door shut. This was very disturbing and frustrating way to end our evening. The managers name was Cassie and after leaving a voicemail and text message we still have not had contact with Cassie. This whole situation (besides the young man) was handled in an unprofessional way. I would highly recommend heading on down the street to Andy's Frozen Custard! Cold Stone is losing our business after this horrible experience. read more

BJ is a late night ice cream treat fan. He was very happy when he found Cold Stone Creamery. They have a lot of great flavor choices including signature flavors. BJ loved the Coffee Lovers Only. It is coffee ice cream with roasted almonds, Heath candy bar and caramel. I loved it, too. He later tried Mud Pie Mojo. It was that same coffee ice cream with Oreo smashed cookie pieces, peanut butter, roasted almonds and fudge. We wish we have a Cold Stone Creamery where we live! read more

We visit this location on each trip to Branson. The staff is generally young people but we are always served with a nice attitude and generally quick service, considering how busy this location is. read more

There was a pretty long line when we went on a Saturday. I think they were surprised by the beautiful weather and were a little understaffed. However, the servers were friendly despite the crowds. The ice cream was delicious. I had the birthday cake remix which was good, but I needed a lot of water because it was rich. read more

After receiving my order that was made incorrectly, I politely asked if my shake was supposed to be that runny. The girl said that she may have put a little bit too much milk in it and didn't offer to remake it. I asked her if she could, and she made me wait until the long line behind me was all taken care of first. One of the other girls named Lizzie slammed my new shake on the counter and said "here ya go" and walked away. No apology or anything. There was ice cream all over the outside of the cup, so I asked if I could please have some napkins. She then waved towards the end of the line, telling me I could get some myself. Lizzie was very rude from the beginning, thinking that we paid for our friends order incorrectly. We asked to speak with Cassie, the manager, but she wasn't there. We received a sticky note with her name and number and have tried to contact her several times, she has yet to get back to us. Lizzie kept arguing with us telling us that they can't remake something just because we don't like it. That wasn't the problem, the problem was that the $6 shake was made incorrectly and poorly and I wanted what I paid for. It wasn't the wrong order that bothered me in this situation, it was they way the young workers handled it and treated me during this. They were very rude and disrespectful and made it a bigger deal than it should have been. read more
