We visited last week and staff was so nice and let us try samples before buying. Carrot cake delicious and moist. Also I recommend the coconut cookie. I loved the music playing in the shop. Cake case full of goods very beautiful. read more

Red velvet cupcake was stale and the icing on it was rock solid but the worst part was the weird taste in both cake and icing. No idea what it was but it was awful and left a bad taste in your mouth. We got a single layer carrot cake and it was stale too with strange gooey icing. The only thing good was a piece of chocolate cake that had more icing than cake. The icing on it was so hard it squashed the cake and we just removed it. Just made me sad because I was looking forward to a cupcake. read more

I usually don't post compliants about a place but I have to share this. A week and a half ago I order and paid for a carrot cake from #dinos24karrotcake in Branson to pick up on Saturday the 12th for our bonus mom's Birthday surprise. The store hours, which were confirmed when I ordered, were 10am to 5p and I could pick up anytime between those hours. So yesterday the 12th, I get a call from the shop at 1:34pm asking if I could come pick up the cake by 2 as they were closing early to set up for a show they had that evening. I advised the person that I was talking to, that I could not be there until 4-4:30 as we were doing an activity with the family. I was then told that would be fine, when I got there I could just knock on the door and someone would let me in. We'll I got there about 3:45, I knocked and knocked until about 4:20 but had to leave because we had reservations at the restaurant at 4:30. So I ran to Walmart and purchased 2 smaller carrot cakes to take to the restaurant. Well low and behold at 5:36 a lady from the shop called and said she was the baker and she was told 20 mins prior by the owner that she needed to go to the shop as I would be coming to pick up the cake. I told her I was there at the time I had told the owner previously but could no longer wait. The lady graciously offered to bring it to me at the restaurant which I took her upon that offer. Well by the time it got there, we were done eating and ready to leave. Fast forward to 10pm when we all get back to our room and were excited to open the cake and eat it, we were shocked at what it looked like compared to what was ordered. Also, Walmart cake tasted way better. Needless to say, we were all very disappointed but definitely had a great laugh and memory that will last a lifetime. Also, did I mention I paid $85 dollars ‍ read more

un believable red velvet!!!! For years Ive been searching fir a REAL red velvet cake to no avail. Dino's red velvet cake is made the way red velvet was intended. its a difficult recipe so i understand how its morphed into cream cheese icing on a red dyed chocolate cake but folks.... thats not red velvet I urge all cake lovers to try this cake/cupcake at Dinos. my bet is that youll never settle for cream cheese again!! read more

Sorry. It wasn't good. She told me it was real buttercream. It sure taste like the mass produced store frostings made from oil. Wasn't good. Wasn't fresh, artificial flavor. Not what I was looking for read more

Awesome cakes! They sell by the whole cake, slice, large cup or cupcake. We had carrot and chocolate... carrot was definitely the best. Pricey but a tasty splurge. They also had coffee but we didn't try any. read more

We bought a piece of carrot cake and Italian cream cake. The Italian cake was stale. The carrot cake was dry as well just not as bad. Certainly not worth the price or the hype. Super disappointed. read more

Best carrot cake I've ever had. Tried this place out while on vacation in Branson and was really glad we did. The carrot cake was delicious as was the wife's chocolate caramel cake. Service was great. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Basic little bakery with a few tables and fantastic cakes. Enjoyed it so much we are going back Friday to get some stuff to take home with us before we leave. Highly recommended. read more

I am giving one star for the awful carrot cake cupcake supposedly their "signature" cupcake. It was very dry. The icing had no cream cheese flavor, was way too sweet, and had overall too much vanilla flavoring. It was my one cheat on my vacation because I love carrot cake and was sooooo not worth it! My husband did not like his coconut cupcake either! Ew ew ew! read more

We were strolling around downtown. Have always wanted to go into this bakery. Stopped in and a very nice and friendly gentleman came out and asked if we wanted a sample of the lemon cheesecake bars. Well, of course we did. This was so yummy we had to return and get a couple. They are rich and very tasty. Beautiful bakery! First class service too. Make this a stop if you are in Branson. read more

omg pay attention you guys because the real reviews are the ones that have one star i have never ever had such bad wedding cake in my whole the icing was disgusting the layer was old and stale how in the world are you all still in business when you selling something so bad for $7.50 a slice and stop with this self made reviews because your deserts are a disaster i taste the maple bread pudding too it was bad i wil never ever come back.. read more

Ordered an iced mocha latte. The espresso wasn't freshly ground, it was taken out of a caraf on the back counter. It was watery and I couldn't taste the coffee. Also ordered a piece of the Italian Creme Cake which was very average. The store was very warm inside. The cashier was nice but the lady making the coffee was not friendly at all. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Dino's 24 Karrot - The most delicious carrot cake in the world!! - Bakeries Near Me - Branson, Missouri

I walked in with my family...8 of us total. We just wanted to share some cupcakes. A nice sweet treat in between activities. I waited for a long time as only one lady was working. When I finally ordered my four cupcakes: carrot, birthday, German chocolate, and strawberry, each with a ginormous dollop of buttercream frosting...I was expecting moist, delicious, sweet treats. What we received was hard, cold, tasteless, and very disappointing. Skip Dino's next time you are in Branson. You will save $20 and have a much better experience somewhere else. read more

Approximately $20 for a variety of 4 dry, hard cupcakes with dry, hard icing. They all tasted like a refrigerator. Terrible experience after waiting too long for one employee to serve customers. Recommendation: AVOID read more

I don't have carrot cake very often, but when I do I am very particular about what qualities I am looking for. Dino's makes an outstanding carrot cake. I'm not sure if it's the best I've ever had, but we will definitely put it in the top 3. It is a little expensive, but specialty shops usually are. I think it's worth splurging on. I highly recommend it, especially if you like carrot cake! read more

Best cake ever. I got coconut. It had glitter. Looked like a wedding cake. My friend had a lemon cupcake and it was delicious also. Friendly place. read more

Dino's 24 Karrot - Yum! - Bakeries Near Me - Branson, Missouri

Dry, over priced cupcakes with a ton of icing. We stopped here for a treat with our kids. The dining area was very full and not an employee to be seen. Finally, a young woman did come out to help us, but she didn't stick around long. Came across as though she was the only employee having to do everything. The tables were not wiped down. We had a 4 cupcake sampler and two drinks which ran me close to $27. read more

It wasn't too busy. I was in and out with a couple slices of cake strawberry and white with raspberry filling. Both were good and moist. I would have rather had cupcakes, but the cake was recommended as it was most moist. They were right! read more

My expectations are always high when going somewhere for cake and coffee but this was just okay. I ate the carrot cake because it was their specialty and it was a little dry. The cafe mocha was a pleasant surprise because it wasn't there specialty and it was great. I'd come back for the coffee and a different type of cake. read more

Always busy but worth the wait!!!! The karat cake...throw that low-carb diet out the window for the day and indulge in a slice and a scrumptious cuppa joe!!! I had a delicious Orange Dreamsicle cup cake. Very sweet - but not too much - and orangey (is that a word?). It's a very small store and we came near closing time and got a table with no problem. This carrot cake is very overrated.. It does not even taste like true, rich carrot cake. It's flavors are camoflauged with too many ingredients that over power the carrots. I would not recommend this cake at all. My family owns many restaurants and I have very high stands and knows food. read more

I love cake. Great assortment. I had coconut with butter cream frosting. It was tasty and fresh. Frosting a little grainy. My friend had carrot cake and said it was good but not the best she has had. Expensive for a normal sized slice. read more

We stopped by while in Branson and bought a slice of the red velvet and coconut cream cake. We were not impressed. Kind of a hole in the wall place but was looking for a place with great cakes. The coconut cake was good but don't waste your time on the red velvet it had no taste at all except for the frosting which was just okay. Cakes in the freezer were not labeled and when I asked what they were they told me there was Italian but there was not any there. Extremely limited selection on cakes and cupcakes. They looked like they had been wiped out and had nothing else to put out ... disappointing Cake place read more

Not sure why people were won over by this establishment. The specialty drinks were so sweet it was undrinkable, yes it went direct into the garbage. I would have gone back and asked for it to be remade, but the staff was on the rude side. They especially don't like being asked if the cakes are made in house. I final was told that they are made by bakers at another establishment, that have the recipes, then sent to them. These cakes were not fresh, lacked that high quality flavor, and had been in a refrigeration unit for more than just a couple of days. The cake was also deposited into the trash. What a waste of money. read more

I was kind of disappointed with these cupcakes. They looked delicious but were dense and dry. The icing was very good, though
