the worker just walked past and gave a small side eye instead of saying something to let me know that she was getting ready to help me. it seemed rude because it seems like she ignored me. before scooping my ice cream, she adjusted her bangs with her hands and began scooping the ice cream with no gloves. especially since her hands are so close to the ice cream when scooping, i would highly prefer gloves. i also feel like the ice cream is too expensive and i can use that money to get a tub of ice cream instead. read more

It has been so long since I have been to a Cold Stone creamery. They have come up since I have been there last. They have more options, and they let you try samples. I went with the apple pie a la mode and it was superb, and my kid got the chocolate by death and ate every single bit of it, my husband got a shake. It was a little pricey, but the quality of the ice cream and toppings were good. read more

My husband and I went for a quick sweet treat after a long day and it was twenty minutes before closing and they had already locked the door, despite the hours clearly being displayed on the window. The workers refused to even look over at us. Now I see why this cold stone has such low reviews. read more

I walked in and it smells like a dead animal. I almost didnt want to get anything. My parents ordered the Founders Favorite and they didnt have the fudge. I ended up getting the chocolate and it was okay but it melted literally as soon as i got it. Im probably not coming back to this location and go to the other location in arlington. read more

The flavor of the ice cream was magnificent. I loved it, but the ice cream melted a little faster than I expected it to. As in that I mean less than 10 minutes after I walked out the building. The service was amazing and it was pretty fast. Get in get out. Please do better. -Katelyn Taylor read more

Absolutely horrible. This younger bigger white girl attended me and gave me a horrible berry berry good. Scrapped it off the top of the cup, over mixed it, it looked horrible, the ice cream was too mushy. Since it was over mixed, the fruit was mushy. The tall white lady did a great job for the other customers I just had terrible luck that I ended up getting that girl. Ruined my night and made me upset. On top of everything, it's been years how do you not have Apple Pay! Absolutely ridiculous, never recommend coming here! read more

Sat there for 15 minutes after coming in to pick up an order at the time it said it was ready. Sat there while everyone in the place left, except me, and multiple employees looked at me and went to the back. I was told to wait for my order so I sat and waited. After 15 minutes went by I finally stood up and waited for an employee to ask what I needed and went and grabbed a bag from the bag. You made my order, I'm waiting in your store, maybe give it to me when it's done? And nobody bothered to think why someone was just chillin at a table with no ice cream? I'm not sitting here because I like the ambience of fucking coldstone. read more

Shiesty. I ordered ice cream to be delivered and initially received one of the two ice creams in the wrong size... or so I thought. Not. A huge deal, but after taking the lid off the "correct item" I realized that whoever the other ice cream was also the wrong size and they had hid the error by putting it inside a bigger (the right size cup). I wasn't that upset u til I had seen how shady they were about hiding the issue and taking my money. read more

I was surprised to see that they had a option for Vegans I really enjoyed the creaminess of the Silk Chocolate Almond Milk, I couldn't tell the difference from regular ice cream. It was a delight and pleasure. The establishment was clean and the staff was pleasant. We were visiting from TN, me and my family and everyone was super satisfied with the diverse options that were available. Next time I'm visiting Texas I will be sure to shop with them again... The kids were super happy and the ambiance was nice as well... Vegan Options are Always a Plus! read more

Do not place an online order at this location. I placed an order for an ice cream cake 2 days in advance, was charged, and 15 minutes before the delivery time, the store canceled. No refund or explanation was offered. I have attempted to contact the store 3 times, and no one will issue a refund. Now, I'm having to go through corporate to file a formal complaint to get money back for a product they never delivered. Thankfully, marble slab was able to help me out super last minute with great customer service! read more

Helpful and friendly staff at this location. I had the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection.. chocolate ice cream base + fudge + peanut butter + one Reese's cup. It was all pressed together but not fully blended. The chunks and bites of those different items make it delicious, and the small is more than enough for the typical person. I was given a medium cup to hold the small portion because of how it may overflow. (I recommend you ask for the same) You can choose from a variety of options, from Dipped cones, Dipped Cone cups and etc, as well as as many toppings as you feel your wallet could handle. The one reason I couldn't quite give it 5 stars is the price. It's a little steep for Ice Cream, and some may find it's not enough "value". My one tip for this is to get a signature item. The plain stuff is around $5 whereas the specialties are $6 and come with toppings mixed in. Other than that, I'd say two people could split a medium or large and be perfectly happy! read more

I'm sorry but this establishment keeps getting worse and worse. Every time we go is new people and all teens and absolutely clueless. We always get the same thing and is always different and we always have one or more employees tell us that can't be done. It always bad from the last year or so. I ask for the manager and the manager was a little teenager that had absolutely no customer service and couldn't figure out how to fix my problem. They used to play Christian music in the background not any more. Wonder if it change managers or ownership or something. Looking into new ice cream shops from now on. read more

Was immediately greeted upon arrival, staff was helpful and quick with service! I had no idea this location had the Rocky Mountain Chocolate company inside as well, I have always loved their Carmel apples and was sad when they closed the store in the highlands and now I've found it much closer to home! My kiddo got the mint mint chocolate in a waffle bowl and I enjoyed the pecan bear apple, everything was great and would recommend! read more

After leaving another restaurant in the highlands I had a taste for some ice cream and since I haven't been to Coldstone in a while so I thought well.. anyway I got one scoop of strawberry cheesecake and a scoop strawberry Gelato in one cup and one a scoop of sweet cream to take home and eat it later.. well I ate the two scoops first and it wasn't that bad but melted quickly and then I proceeded to eat the sweet cream before I made it home.. bad mistake because I say within 20 minutes of eating all the ice cream my stomach was bloated and explosive mildly put and the next day my stomach is still not right..I think they are using cheaper ingredients while increasing prices..next time I want ice cream it will definitely not be from this place and no I'm not lactose intolerant read more

This place is an old favorite. I had not been in YEARS! I was in the area and "needed" some ice cream. Their cake batter ice cream has always been high on my list, I was so excited when they started making it chocolate! I ordered the small "cake batter batter batter" (with chocolate cake batter ice cream) off the signature creations menu ($4 ish). It was sooooo delicious! I love how generous they are with cookie dough and brownie batter mix-ins. My ice cream was LOADED with it! There was almost more cookie dough/brownie batter than ice cream! My most recent visit here has left me with a week-long craving for more Cold Stone! I need to come more often! The only downside is their ice cream is a little pricey. read more

By far the worst service ever. They gave us our two cones that equaled over $17. They forgot the Carmel on top of one we asked them to add it & the girl refused even when we said we would pay extra. $17 dollars and they wouldn't add Carmel ?!?! The little white girl working the counter today I believe she was training someone is the absolute rudest person I've ever felt with. My friend politely asked them to fix an order they messed up and she smugly denied after we had already paid. Almost $20 for two cones is ridiculous enough. And to have some little ego driven kid smugly deny making the mistake right. What happen to good customer service. Don't go here. Cold Stone Creamery has been around for a long time and I don't think it ever disappoints. There are so many new and "hipster" ice cream shops opening that these chain stores are very underrated. I, too, find myself trying new shops and enjoying them, but it's always nice to know that there's a Cold Stone nearby to fall back on. I personally love their STRAWBERRY ice cream. I like it simple so I'll get strawberry ice cream w/ almonds. On days I feel like something a bit heavier, I get the "Our Strawberry Blonde" (strawberry ice cream, strawberries, crushed graham cracker, caramel, and whipped cream) My husband is an ultimate fan of their SWEET CREAM. (Their Ice cream cake made with sweet cream is absolutely delicious!) A little over $4 for a small size ice cream isn't cheap, but most ice cream/ dessert places are overpriced these days. A good way to save at Cold Stone is to get on their mailing list for coupons! read more

It's ridiculous that only 2 out of 8 workers we're wearing gloves! This is not only a place of business that serves food, but they serve ice cream, with toppings, that they have to perfectly scoop together. I asked the lady who worked on my order if she mind putting on gloves, she had no problem. Another lady helped my friend and she had an issue putting on gloves. After she finished the ice cream she took off her gloves and proceed to the next customer. Like how do you have a problem with being clean? When you go to scoop the ice cream, your bare hands are touching the ice cream. Smh read more

First of all, this place is always a treat. I've eaten at this place for years and love it. The crazy stuff you can put in a cone is great. The service is usually fast and friendly, the decor is welcoming, and creating a new treat is fun. However, I took away a star because prices went up, and they don't appear to serve the chocolate frozen yogurt anymore. But, I'd still take the girlfriend and family. read more

First I would like to say I visit this Cold Stone regularly and the service is outstanding. I always leave a tip (Tip Tip) as the energy is always high and the workers deserve it. As always I left a tip today even though service was not good. I will say I have never visited this on Saturday around 1:50pm before. Today I brought my son to try the new Almondmilk ice cream which they were out of but that was okay. We walked in and right up front Angel ( later I learned was the manager) who looked right is both, turned around and walked away to the back. He never said a word and I would like to add we were the only customers there. I ignored the rudeness and went to counter to order as anyone can be having a bad day. He then returned walked past the counter where we were standing to order and stood by a waffle maker pulled out his phone and began to scroll. A few minutes later a female employee emerged who offered to help us. She was very pleasant and helpful as she served my son. I thought could Angel not come over and take my order like staff do every other time I have been there? Instead he stayed on his phone and never moved. The other employee then came to help me but let me know there was no more of the Silk ice cream, apologized and suggested to return tomorrow in a kind voice. I paid her and of course left tip. I know this is not the normal treatment of customers by Cold Stone staff and my hope is that since Angel is a manager( which I was told) does not continue to be a bad example and provide poor customer service. I will come back again as I love ColdStone!! read more
