I was surprised to see that they had a option for Vegans I really enjoyed the creaminess of the Silk Chocolate Almond Milk, I couldn't tell the difference from regular ice cream. Helpful and friendly staff at this location. I had the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection.. chocolate ice cream base + fudge + peanut butter + one Reese's cup. It was all pressed together but not fully blended. The chunks and bites of those different items make it delicious, and the small is more than enough for the typical person. I was given a medium cup to hold the small portion because of how it may overflow. (I recommend you ask for the same) You can choose from a variety of options, from Dipped cones, Dipped Cone cups and etc, as well as as many toppings as you feel your wallet could handle. The one reason I couldn't quite give it 5 stars is the price. It's a little steep for Ice Cream, and some may find it's not enough "value". My one tip for this is to get a signature item. The plain stuff is around $5 whereas the specialties are $6 and come with toppings mixed in. Other than that, I'd say two people could split a medium or large and be perfectly happy! read more

Their cake batter ice cream has always been high on my list, I was so excited when they started making it chocolate! I ordered the small "cake batter batter batter" (with chocolate cake batter ice cream) off the signature creations menu ($4 ish). It was sooooo delicious! I love how generous they are with cookie dough and brownie batter mix-ins. My ice cream was LOADED with it! There was almost more cookie dough/brownie batter than ice cream! Cold Stone Creamery has been around for a long time and I don't think it ever disappoints. There are so many new and "hipster" ice cream shops opening that these chain stores are very underrated. I, too, find myself trying new shops and enjoying them, but it's always nice to know that there's a Cold Stone nearby to fall back on. I personally love their STRAWBERRY ice cream. I like it simple so I'll get strawberry ice cream w/ almonds. On days I feel like something a bit heavier, I get the "Our Strawberry Blonde" (strawberry ice cream, strawberries, crushed graham cracker, caramel, and whipped cream) My husband is an ultimate fan of their SWEET CREAM. (Their Ice cream cake made with sweet cream is absolutely delicious!) A little over $4 for a small size ice cream isn't cheap, but most ice cream/ dessert places are overpriced these days. It's ridiculous that only 2 out of 8 workers we're wearing gloves! This is not only a place of business that serves food, but they serve ice cream, with toppings, that they have to perfectly scoop together. I asked the lady who worked on my order if she mind putting on gloves, she had no problem. Another lady helped my friend and she had an issue putting on gloves. After she finished the ice cream she took off her gloves and proceed to the next customer. Like how do you have a problem with being clean? When you go to scoop the ice cream, your bare hands are touching the ice cream. Smh read more

First I would like to say I visit this Cold Stone regularly and the service is outstanding. I always leave a tip (Tip Tip) as the energy is always high and the workers deserve it. As always I left a tip today even though service was not good. I will say I have never visited this on Saturday around 1:50pm before. Today I brought my son to try the new Almondmilk ice cream which they were out of but that was okay. We walked in and right up front Angel ( later I learned was the manager) who looked right is both, turned around and walked away to the back. He never said a word and I would like to add we were the only customers there. I ignored the rudeness and went to counter to order as anyone can be having a bad day. He then returned walked past the counter where we were standing to order and stood by a waffle maker pulled out his phone and began to scroll. A few minutes later a female employee emerged who offered to help us. She was very pleasant and helpful as she served my son. I thought could Angel not come over and take my order like staff do every other time I have been there? Instead he stayed on his phone and never moved. The other employee then came to help me but let me know there was no more of the Silk ice cream, apologized and suggested to return tomorrow in a kind voice. I paid her and of course left tip. I know this is not the normal treatment of customers by Cold Stone staff and my hope is that since Angel is a manager( which I was told) does not continue to be a bad example and provide poor customer service.
