I thought it was cool the front desk worker knew when the partial lunar eclipse would be happening as I had my timing mixed up. Room was clean. Carts for luggage were easy to access. They were running a special where you picked a lollipop from a tree and if it had a color on the end of a stick, you could win fabulous prizes. We didn't get a color but got two free bottles of water. Breakfast was good. Love when they have real (not instant) oatmeal. The area was clean and it was easy to find seating to enjoy breakfast. Don't know when the last time it was properly cleaned. The first room we were in one of the top sheets was ripped. The second room had a pillow with stained cover and the toilet cover had a hole in it. Very strange that they didn't bother to change it since it's so obvious. Very stingy with towels. We have 4 people in the room and they keep leaving only 3 big towels. Not sure what the reason is. The breakfast is standard. Although the mini waffle maker is very neat. Eggs sometimes get replenished sometimes not. There's one set of laundry machines cost $2 each in quarters. We booked here because of the review for Hampton inn across the street is terrifying (bed bugs). However I can't recommend this hotel. Not sure any other hotels in the area is any better. Maybe we should stay a bit further out next time.

Stayed in a suite, with two queen beds and a living rook that had a fold out sofa bed. Hard living with two other people in such a small enclosed space. The hotel does offer suites with kitchen, alas they are few and hard to come by. I spent the time in one without one and had to eat out all the time. My stats were pleasant, considering all the above. The hotel breakfast room is large and comfortable. The hotel has an indoor heated pool which is a big plus! The staff also is the friendliest hotel staff I have ever dealt with. I would talk to them all the time. We would ask how we were all doing, where we were in our move. These are genuinely warm people and the best part of staying at this hotel. There are some weaknesses. The breakfast is unappetizing, and I usually avoided it.. even though it was included in my stay. It didn't taste bad... just didn't have taste... it was bland. The coffee is weak. The suites can also definitely be a little larger and they need updating. Some of the furniture seems to have seen much better days. Still, I did enjoy my stay here and was thankful that I was able to find a hotel for such a long stay in such short notice.

It's cold, the Jacuzzi somebody needs to work on the Jets because they're not working correctly. I let the management know how clean our room was when we first arrived because it was very clean, even though outdated. We slept like crap on the springs that were popping up in the bed. The pillows were awful and all night long..... it sounded like someone was wiggling our door knob, trying to get in our room so needless to say I had maybe three hours of sleep. And to top it off, we both had to turn opposite directions and sleep in both of the queen beds because all you could smell in between the beds was adult urine saturated in the carpet We had decided that we were going to go down to the front desk and cancel Saturday night. Since we had already paid, it was not an option and we were like 10 minutes after 11 AM check out so it was our fault, I take full responsibility and we did not argue. And the breakfast they offered was above and beyond just nasty. They actually had tangerines that were so dry you wanted to just make a pair of shoes with them. I think my biggest irritating factor is the pool is cold and the sauna hot/ hot tub whatever doesn't work... but if you compare this to any other Best Western, check it out before you stay!!!! I I personally feel that Best Western with the prestige they have and having their name on this building is a very big mistake. And it's funny they were advertising online rooms for the night that were $44 cheaper than what we actually paid with all the discounts we got for being Best Western members. The quality inn was very clean and taken care of. There were not many people that stayed at the hotel the night we were there, so it was quiet for the most part. They have an excellent workout room that offered a treadmill, elliptical, weight bench as well as several dumbbells ranging up to 50 pounds. I would say the pictures I viewed online were very comparable. It was very convenient to have breakfast already set up in the morning for us to enjoy. It was like most hotel breakfast, however the attendant, who made the food and kept up the area was extremely friendly in fact, all the staff were friendly. We had forgotten a beloved stuffed animal and I called the hotel to make sure it was there. They still had the item and it was returned after having checked out several hours. The only slight downfall was we noticed some possible algae on the bottom of the pool. Very minimal. But I did notice the day we left. They had somebody they are working on the pool. They also served coffee, tea, and hot chocolate even throughout the day which was an added bonus.
