I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. See you in court very soon!

Martin made sure the style matched the other windows and got the job done well within budget. We were so happy with the work that we asked him to replace all the 12 windows throughout the rest of the house as well. We also got 2 bathrooms and one powder room remodeled and got the kitchen redesigned including new cabinets, flooring, backsplash, insert lights, under cabinet lights and pendant lights. The reason I recommend Martin is that he works with your budget and your design. Very transparent about pricing as well, for instance he has receipts for all raw materials so you can be assured of what's been used. The other big thing about Martin is his projects are turnkey, he addresses any associated issues that come up during the project (trust me, there is always something unplanned that comes up that needs fixing) and is very reasonable with pricing. E.g. when we did the flooring, we found the floor boards were squeaky and some needed replacement, he address all the issues promptly, fixed up the gradient - unlike some other big companies that don't do any extra work in spite of charging boat loads of money. He and his team are very trustworthy, cost-effective, punctual, efficient and they always clean up after work has been completed for the day.

After the FIRST install we had had a massive showing seam in the entry way of our bedroom. (* Totally related to installation) it was not fixed and be eventually our entire room had to be replaced because of " carpet delamination" -which they did replace... In the most atrocious hack job which was not only my opinion but other professional installers opinions when they came to see the job. I ended up taking many pictures and the one that's always the most comical it's a fact that they actually stapled the carpet all the way along the walls of the room which is totally absurd. They left a HUGE SEAM DOWN THE MIDDLE OF OUR ROOM and I called immediately to have this fixed.. And we cancelled the company remaining jobs to do our whole house..... ..... But it could just as easily be named "Awesome Floor Care LLC" or "Incredible Floor Care LLC" because the results are fantastic. Andre and Pamela are a great team. They are super friendly, punctual, reliable and work really hard. I have now hired them twice, once for two different houses. The first project involved stripping and polishing an old, beat-up linoleum floor in a basement. It was a large floor and had never been thoroughly cleaned in over 30 years. To my amazement, the floor looked really good when Andre and Pamela were done. They far exceeded my expectations given the age of the floor. I was so impressed with the first project, that I hired them a few weeks later to clean a ceramic tile floor with really dirty grout. Once again, they did a fantastic job.
