It was closed :( We tried again on Saturday late afternoon, thinking it'll be closed but took the chance and drove by again anyways. IT WAS OPENED and we were all so happy lol. The cheese dog is worthy of the name, and the poutine will make Canada proud. They are very generous with the gravy, making this a tasty proposition. The signature dishes are the Rise to Fries dog and rose to fries poutine, both featuring their "secret sauce" and pickles. Both are great and preferred over the plain classics. The sauce has a nice herby flavor that works well with the sour taste of the pickles. It's really worth a try. Finally, the lady at the counter was warm, friendly, and energetic, like she actually wanted to work there, a rare phenomenon in this industry.

Service was a self serve kiosk, however at handoff the guy is super easy going and friendly. Ordered the traditional, nothing fancy poutine, and was still wowed by it. Nice crisp fries and very good gravy. There was a hint of sweetness in it, which I want to say they put a dab of maple syrup in there recipe, but I'm not really sure! Anyways - will definitely find a chance to visit again on my next trip!
