The other responded too, but failed to give me a flat rate, as they say things like this is how much it will cost for the first two room, and how much more per square feet thereafter. A bit too technical for carpet cleaning. I did the math and it will cost $250.00+. Hector gave me a flat rate of $150 for everything. I grabbed that deal. But, I did pay him an extra $30 to Scotch guard my two stairways. So my total was $180.00. This is my first time using Hector, and he did a good job cleaning my carpet. He took about 2.5 hours, and was willing to help me with a better cleaning by moving the lighter things (chairs, table) out of his way. As said beforehand, he's unable to move my bed to clean underneath it. Logically speaking, it's true because it was too heavy for one person to move. But he did try cleaning the underneath perimeter. Overall, he did a good job. My stairway looks much cleaner now. I will definitely keep his info in my "Rolodex". Very fair pricing!
