This place is ok. Except that it's the most expensive coin wash I've ever been to and for no good reason other than it's the only one in the area. They charge to buy a laundry card ($0.50) which is mandatory to wash and all of their loads are weird amounts like $1.49 (on special only Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 6). I mean all the washer end in 9cents so they're already blatantly ripping you off since I'm pretty sure you can only enter whole dollar amounts when adding money. This least expensive wash is for a regular top loading white washer. There are not very many in the laundry mat maybe like 10 at the most. You cannot take your laundry cart outside to load or unload your laundry. You cannot purchase soap or snacks at the machines with the laundry card making it necessary to carry both the laundry card and extra cash on you. I purchased a box of Downey fabricSoftener and the box was empty. There was no attendant at that time for me to even tell that this happened and I guess I felt silly being like how am I going to prove that this is what happened. The next size wash I think it's $3.59 the next one up from there is $5.59 and I believe I saw one for over nine dollars. Even the dryers are crazy expensive at $.60 per use and my clothes weren't dry after one use at other places you can buy twice the time for that amount of money. And it's not even possible that they're able to keep the place sanitary with one person working. It's also on a busy shopping center with a market it can be difficult to find parking. I got this as a problem if you can't take a cart outside to your car to bring your laundry in. I guess the only thing that I can recommend is that it was pretty empty and I'm guessing because of the pricing. There is a dollar store next-door where you can purchase your own soap I would recommend that instead of paying the price is in the machines. I guess I don't recommend this place unless you have no other choice I just find the prices are way way way too expensive. read more

My first time here and I was already impressed with the variety of different size washers and dryers. They even have pet and animal machines. The staff is very friendly and the facility is really clean. What I really enjoyed most was that they accept Apple Pay on the laundry cards. I highly recommend this place. read more

Came back even though I swore I wouldn't, next laundromat is easily 3xs further away, I was in a hurry and I had money left on my card, big mistake. I used machines in a different location since I didn't remember exactly which ones I used last time and extra detergent, still had clothes come out dirty, a couple with those weird oil looking stains and several more with holes in them. The amount of money I've spent in washes alone but now I'm replacing close to 20 articles of clothing would've paid to repair or even replace my washer at home. read more

This laundromat is by far one of thr cleanest Ive ever been to. Its cool in the building with fans and air blowing. There are plenty if washers n dryers and folding stations. Its coinless, so no annoying dirty change to lugg around. Its card operated. I recommend this. Its next to Stater Bros, Dollar Tree, Subway and several other businesses. read more

Our washer broke and I went here after looking at the reviews. Been going a few months now and always go Sat/Sun mornings. The girl who works then works hard to keep it clean and does a good job. But a couple weeks ago I had to go on a weeknight. The place was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned. The lady working even go into an argument with other customers who complained to her about hair being in a washer and her refusal to clean it, saying it "wasn't her job". So if you go, stick to weekend mornings and you'll be ok. I've seem too much now and the bum outside grosses me out when she comes in blowing her nose in the sink. I'll probably be finding a new laundromat. read more

Many of the washers don't work or wash your clothes right not enough water or if you choose hot water it's not hot water also when I seen some lady tell the heavy lady with glasses who works there in the mornings that her washer did not wash her clothes because some of her clothes were still dry the employee try to not help the customer. Until eventually the customer did not give up and was adamant because of how her kids clothes weren't washed right! Like come on fix the machine ! the Lady who works there eventually let her wash it again but wanted her to use the same machine?? !!! WOW IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY!! It's happened to me in the past and I never said anything Because I was in a rush but if I would have had the time I would have said something. I can now see that it's happened to many people. Also I notice the lady who works here open the dryer and moved the settings for the lady who told her about the washer .. so rude I don't say anything because I don't want to be targeted by the employee but this goes to show how evil and mean people are I will spread the word about this place an employee because that was so disrespectful and wrong! This is at the norco location ALSO SHE don't even put a out of order sign it's a $9.00 a load machine dirts one on your left hand side on the wall side when you walk in next to the dryers .. so make sure you check and make sure that your clothes are being washed right it's not fair that we pay so much for a wash and they don't work properly this is serious grand theft!! I will be writing to the bbb because of the unfair and theft to the people who use this place. There's absolutely no Integrity here on how things are run! It is clean and the units are well maintained. It's nice you can use a credit or debit card to purchase a laundry card to use as well. No coins needed! Came here to wash my bedding 2 times now. Every time I come, everything is always clean and well maintained. Machinery is also very well maintained and you can sometimes see one of the ladies coming around attending to the ones that may need to be cleaned. The pricing is alright if you're just going to wash your bedding cloths as you need to get a medium size washer to wash all of the bedding. Be ready to spend about 3-5$ per washer. :) read more

Washer broke so I've been having to use the laundromat. This place is fine for the purpose of getting your laundry done, but the workers seem not to care very much about cleanliness. Came tonight and a worker was mopping with a dry mop and kicking up all the dust/dirt/whatnot into the air and into our laundry baskets...kinda defeats the purpose of getting my clothes clean. There's always balls of hair, dust, and dirt on the floors. Other than that, can't complain about much else. read more

Been going here for 2 months now every Sunday morning and it's been hassle free every time. This place is clean every time no matter what time of the day it is. Like how many washers there is for different size loads and also the dryers along the walls. There is enough tables for folding clothes through out this laundry mat. The prices are reasonable to wash and dry and a plus is you don't need coins. I hated that me and my husband every week needed to get a roll of quarters at the bank to go wash at our old place but love the whole laundry card! read more

Going to begin by saying this business is a laundromat with the expectation that everyone knows the customers control your experience. If there messy, sloppy etc, you know. Machines were clean, in good shape and the card system works well. Lots of TV's so you don't get too bored. Many options on size of machines. I'm remodeling my laundry room and had to go to the laundromat. It was awesome, I had six loads and got in and out in about an hour and a half. Looks like I'll be returning weekly till my remodel is complete. I think I spent maybe $15 to $18 dollars. I tried the 80 pound washer which was on the pricer side but it was fun to use regardless read more
