    4 broken machines in a row...poorly labeled
    Joe M.

Spent close to 12 bucks to do 2 loads. Machines not labeled buttons broken. Had to swap machines and my soap was in broken one...EVEN laundry detergent vender broken. Never coming back. To get refund you are supposed to fill out card ... There is no cards or numbers to be found. Total dump avoid.

I wish there was an option for -5 stars. Horrible maintenance, nobody is EVER around to ask for help , & the phone number they have on this page is disconnected. they're machines are always broken and the ones that are not broken do not wash well. they also have a "New Machines" sign that has been up there for a year, & the "new" machines don't even work well. save your time & go to a different laundromat.

    Grand reopening !

Typical run of the mill coin laundry. They have change machines and a couple of vending machines for food, drinks, and detergent if you forget yours. There are several different grade washers from regular signal load, all the way to the heavy duty 6+ load, 60 lbs ones. There are a bunch of regular dryers which are all pretty large so you can dry a bunch of loads at once. The washers are the pricer of the bunch, running at about $2 on average per load. The dryers run .25c per 10 minutes. There's also a community board where locals post (primarily Spanish) ads about whatever. This is in a pretty decent neighborhood, but be smart about your surroundings. Going during daytime is better if you can help it, and make sure you watch your stuff.

She works here but is doing her own laundry. There are no signs that say they can wash your clothes.

Our washer is currently not hooked up BC of a kitchen remodel. I chose this place BC it's close to the house. This place is so obnoxious and I wouldn't leave my clothes here unattended. They have speakers coming from the ceiling which blasts LOUD Spanish. It's a court show where everyone is shouting back and forth. I have a headache being here. The washer, 32 minutes, cost $2.00 per wash. I am taking my wet clothes home to dry so I don't have to endure the screaming Spanish from the ceiling. I will not return, do not recommend and find this place unsafe. Someone wrote that there's a security guard- where? There's a lady working here who is doing her own laundry.

Not worth your time, most washers/ dryers don't work. Most have red tags. Overpriced.

Why are there washing machines that are 6.50 and it's a small load? Ripoff. And the layout of this place wasn't really thought out.

Not to mention the water here has been shut off for over 3 weeks. I USE to come here twice a week. I'm no longer coming here. This is ridiculous. Let's see how long the human poop is left & not attended to.

Have you ever had the experience of anticipating to park in a handicap space only to find a car…read morewith no handicap placard parked in the handicap spot? A yellow corvette with no handicap placard was parked in the one handicap parking space right in front of a laundromat. It was New Year's Eve day, around 2:40PM, and I went to the Laundry Club to wash about 8 loads of clothes. I am 62 years old. I have a handicap placard. I have painful sciatica. Gout. It was a rainy day. With my hazard lights on, I parked behind the yellow corvette and went into FIFTY50 Lounge Barbershop, announcing "There is a yellow corvette parked in the handicap space with no handicap placard. Does this car belong to anyone here?" There was no answer. I started to take pictures and called the Orange Police on its non-emergency line. During this time, a barber from FIFTY50 Lounge Barbershop, came out to admit that the yellow corvette was his. He acknowledged that he didn't have a handicap placard, but he wasn't going to move his car. He stated that he was already parked and that I should find another parking space, that I should not make a big deal about it. He even said that he had $250 in his pocket, while taking cash out of his front pocket, and so it didn't matter if he got a ticket. He wasn't going to move his car. A man walking by came to his rescue, gaslighting me for parking in front of the yellow corvette. Now there were two younger men who tagged-teamed against me. I couldn't believe I was even arguing about being able to park in a handicap space when it was clear that the yellow corvette should not have taken the parking space in the first place. After a long hold--due to more important calls--I spoke to the police, providing context and a license plate number. I was told that dispatch was going to send a police car over. I feared for my safety, so I decided to leave, to go to another laundromat. I told the police that I was also afraid that my card might be keyed out of revenge for calling the police. I hope the police issued a citation with the $250 fine to the yellow corvette owner. I don't know. I didn't stay to make sure. Perhaps the two men gaslighted me to the police and were not issued a ticket. That would have been disappointing. Have other senior citizens or persons with disability ever experienced seeing a handicap space only to find a vehicle with no handicap placard was parked there? What did they do? And what should a senior citizen with a disability do in cases like this? Did I do the right thing? Should I just have shied away? Was calling the police the right thing to do? And did this offender actually get a $250 ticket from the police or did they all just laugh it off? Interestingly enough I had been a regular customer (not only at the laundromat) at FIFTY50 Lounge Barbershop for years. My regular barber Sal and another barber Andrew are great guys, and I have been happy with their service. But as of 2026, I will no longer be a customer at that barber shop because of the owner of the yellow corvette, another barber there. I also won't return to the Laundry Club, next door to that barbershop because I am cautious about my safety and that of my car. What sense of entitlement. What arrogance. What disregard for a disabled senior citizen.

As a young Black man, it is deeply uncomfortable to feel watched and followed as if I don't belong. Today, while doing my laundry, I witnessed the Hispanic employee on duty treat an elderly Black man with the same level of suspicion and disrespect he has shown me for months. He stares constantly and sometimes follows me around; it feels like harassment and sends a clear message of 'What are you doing here?' I grew up in this neighborhood and have come here since I was a baby with my mother. I am leaving five stars only out of respect for the business's history and my years of patronage, but this behavior is unacceptable. Management, please speak to your staff. Everyone should feel welcome here, regardless of their race.

As someone who doesn't want to waste time or money doing laundry the "wrong" way, I really appreciated that. It wasn't just quick help -- it felt like he genuinely cared that I had a good experience and that my clothes came out right. This second visit was definitely busy, but it still felt like an in-and-out kind of place if you come in with a plan. Even with a lot of people there, it didn't feel chaotic or stressful. Things were moving, people were handling their business, and the overall vibe stayed calm. What stood out most to me is the community feel. Everyone I interacted with was nice, respectful, and just overall friendly. It's the kind of spot where people look out for each other without being weird about it -- just a solid, positive environment while you knock out something as basic as laundry. If you want a laundromat that's efficient, has helpful staff, and feels like a good neighborhood spot, I'd definitely recommend Bubbles -- especially if you're lucky enough to catch Eric there to point you in the right direction.
