Horrible, they won't cancel my service, I have called 4 times and when they say it's cancelled…read moreapparently cancel my request and if that wasn't bad I haven't used their service because the trash cans are in my ditch waiting to be picked up they are empty and have been for over a month, I called today and there was no record of my request, even though I have emails to back it up and told me that it was a miscommunication, how cancel my service means just that. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with, their drivers break the lids to cans and they want you to pay 50.00 for a replacement can. I have 3 cans when I originally ordered 1 but instead of canceling they just keep billing me and sending a new can. I have requested countless times to pick their cans up and they won't even do that.

Not dependable for pick up on garbage or recycle. Very hit and miss. Not regular. They come…read moresometimes and other times just don't bother. They pick up garbage and not recycle, then they pick up recycle and not garbage other times. Sometimes they haven't come at all for either. I call and they request a return and they don't show anyway.

This is the 8th time they have missed me in just a few months. Why? I see three of their trucks parked at the McDonald's near my house and I think, "Good they are coming to pick up the trash" I just called them about. No. I have had it. At one time their service was the best in Lexington, KY. Now it is trash... So upset I have to waste my time again calling them to pick up my trash which will now sit on the curb until the end of the week.
