They told me that I only had container pickup service. I had no idea. They said this was negotiated with the city. The city is not there customer. Such poor service!! I am going to find another provider that has better service. Later that day, I was trying to call M&M trash pick up to get pricing from them. When I made this local call, the person answering the phone said this is Republic trash service. I told her I was trying to reach M&M. Come to find out Republic bought this market from M&M. She asked me to explain my issue. I told her and she provided a simple, no extra cost solution. Republic will simply provide me with a second trash container at no additional cost to me. They pick up garbage and not recycle, then they pick up recycle and not garbage other times. Sometimes they haven't come at all for either. I call and they request a return and they don't show anyway.
