We felt like it probably wasn't enough money for them to bother with at a 1000 bucks so we decided to go elsewhere. There were plenty of people sitting at the front desk as we walked out. We did get the attention of one person that just stared at us but didn't even say a word. We went there a couple years ago and had the same experience and that time we gave 10k to a competitor. We tried them 2 years ago and spent 8k on carpet. Terrible customer service. They seem to be so big that they don't care if you buy anything or not. I can honestly say we will never go back. Seems to be a typical corporate thing. Take your money to another company who values you as a customer.

We engaged them to…read morerefinish our old red oak floors, which had a very dinged-up old finish and areas of water damage, and an extremely orange color that we wanted to get away from. Laura brought many red-oak samples with different stain colors for us to keep in-house for a few days to watch with different lighting until we knew exactly which stain we wanted to go with. (We chose Provincial to give us a pretty mid-brown with a kiss of warmth from the oak coming through.) Alex was always on time, kind, attentive, and hard-working. They were willing to split our job into two phases for us, so that we could move all our furniture from one side of the house to the other for the work to be done. The finished floors are BEAUTIFUL. The color change was exactly what we were looking for, all the water damage is gone, gaps are filled and completely camouflaged with the stain. Our floors feel silky under bare feet (we went with the satin sheen). Most importantly, I had expressed concerns ahead of time about the stain finish on the oak tambour island in the kitchen, which meets the floor without intervening trim, getting messed up during the floor refinishing. Alex worked that area completely by hand, and the result was pristine - the floor around that was refinished perfectly, right up to it, but the tambour staining was not in the least marred. We 100% recommend this small family company, and will return to them in a heartbeat for further services.

"I want shinny, I want to see myself".!!!!!!!!! they are dull, stain easy, and scratched! I should have just kept my old floors. The product has not held up. He touted a product from German that's the latest and greatest, yet first month I started seeing marks in the floor from my animals. He said, "you won't see the scratches". Again, he'll use the contact like the Bible against people. in my opinion, he's a master of covering his self with the contract, so, people make sure to read it if you so choose to use him. I could go into a long drawn out story of how he acted and responded when I was not happy at all, my floors look like cheap crap from Home Depot, but I will not. I paid over 6k for floors that are nothing what I asked for nor envisioned. There is spots that were caulked and the sealant is coming up, water feel on the floor, and there is a stain and rise in the areas that didn't seal properly. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! If you choose him you will need to make sure you get samples of the end product,(which I didn't do), make for sure you go over everyone with them and get clarity on tape.
