Wanted to grab some breakfast on my way to do errands and overall, my experience was the epitome of 3 stars - It was OK, but I don't think I'd be running to come back anytime soon.
~ Atmosphere:
I have to hand it to Coffee Heaven for having a nice atmosphere. It was a great place to chill out away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The light blue decor was reminiscent of heaven. Oh yeah, they have free Wi-Fi.
~ Customer Service:
They were polite, but very all over the place. I opted for breakfast that came with toast. My breakfast came, my toast didn't. I had to remind the staff that I should have toast otherwise they probably would've completely left it. After that, I realised I didn't have cutlery so I had to ask for that as well.
~ Food:
Definitely not the best Full English Breakfast I've eaten - the meal came with a fried egg, baked beans, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, and my missing toast. I hate mushrooms, so I opted out from that. Although everything wasn't bad, there's definitely better breakfasts elsewhere. My fried egg was haphazardly thrown together; it was more like a scramble because the yolk must've broke and the chef probably just mixed it up a bit before tossing it on my plate. I couldn't even tell where the yolk was supposed to have been, just saw bits of it every now and again weaved through the chunk of egg white.

Basically, do not make the mistake I did and come here for breakfast. However, they do get 3 stars from me because the atmosphere does it for a coffee shop; they make great drinks, friendly service, and a very pleasant environment to relax in. Just avoid breakfast. read more
