A WEEK before the wedding, we get a call from Diane, saying Megan no longer worked there and they had no idea what we wanted, where our reception was, and when it was. We had to repeat our order multiple times for Diane, each time she would get lost or confused and make us start over. Finally, she said they could do our cupcakes but not our special cake. Let me repeat that: One WEEK before our wedding, our cake company told us they could not do our cake that we had already paid for and had a signed agreement for from 6 months prior. We said fine, but we deserve a discount and Diane refused, stating we had no reason to want a discount. We then decided to cancel our order and Diane said she would process a refund. Instead of processing a refund however, she charged us again for the cake and cupcakes we weren't getting. The entire time we worked with Diane she was unprofessional and unapologetic.

Garbage in the parking lot and the bathrooms... never any toilet paper, last time I grabbed a 4 pack off the shelf and took it in there, as I knew there was going to be none... and I was correct! usually 1 or 2 people working with attitudes! "I am here by myself" is what I was told and there was another associate standing 3 feet from her? I cannot sweep the floor because I am standing outside the door smoking! I am on a break while the other associate is getting slammed - great teamwork! Dirty coffee area... not stocked and pathetic. they are "known" for their coffee... save the money on the TV commercials... they are FALSE! O the Speedway card... LMAO. I have had 3 and each time I try and set it up to "earn" the points... they work for a few months, until I get decent points then "O this card is inactive?" what? where's my points? In the employees pockets? Lots of gas stations.. the ONLY reason I go there is because I can get a discount on gas through UPSIDE.
