I came in on a Sunday morning and I was greeted by the two friendly owners! I got the vanilla bean latte and they recommended the cashew mac nut milk to go with it. It was SO good! I'm pretty particular about my coffee but you can tell they make all of their coffees with the attention and care that each cup deserves. They hand measure each cup out and everything. I normally don't drink coffee black because it's too bitter but their coffee was so smooth and good I didn't need to add milk. The stuff were so knowledgeable, they explained where the coffee came from, what kind of flavors they offer etc and so cheerful too. They also offered great pastries and breakfasts. Nice service, nice place, the owner seemed friendly everything is on point but they got my order wrong. I would understand if they were busy but they were not. I ordered a bacon burrito and was served a soy chorizo. It's still okay but as a customer it's important that the order comes as you order. Incredible coffee, but even better people. I set out for a bike ride through PB, but ended up getting a flat tire after getting 4 miles away from home. I didn't have a flat repair kit and I didn't know what to do (new rider), so I looked up cycle shops and saw that Coffee Cycle was close - so figured I'd try my luck. The staff saw my flat and immediately offered me a new inner tube and pump to change my tire FOR FREE. Then they saw me give a bewildered look as to how to change a tire, and came out and helped me change it. They were so friendly and helpful (and the iced latte I had while changing the tire was superb). GO SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE. They're great human beings and you'll be glad you did. read more

I love this place and the staff. I come here a lot, and go to many roasters around town. Here is my run down, 1. Pour overs, we'll really they are immersion and are great. 2. Recently added batch brew is really good. 3. Cortado's,caps, and lattes are perfect. 4. I don't love their syrups, they are more flavor forward than sweet. I prefer sweeter, though I could see how some folks would like it. I don't think I like anything lavender...I am probably not the target market 5. I have no comment on milk alternatives 6. I don't love the vegan pastries...not my thing. 7. Burritos are better than serviceable, if anything a bit too big 8. Coffee beans are all very good. 9. Service can be slow, though completely appropriate for a high quality shop. It takes time to make great drinks. Lastly the community around this shop is the best around...no local shop is better. read more

Great coffee and very cool and innovative setup. The owner/barista Chris (who also is one of Bird Rock coffees best baristas-if not their best) is very personable and friendly while pulling great syrupy shots from the propane powered pull lever espresso machine. Mostly uses beans from Bird Rock. They also have pour overs and some tea drinks. Also has almond milk. The cart is fully independent and runs off propane and battery. He bikes it to the location on Tuesdays and Wednesday's. If you're a coffee or cycle enthusiast you gotta check this place out. read more
