I love coffee break! I come here at least twice a month, for brunch or just to grab something quick for lunch. We were around the area with a friend and stopped for brunch here. I ordered a delicious hot chocolate and she had a coffee, both were so good! For entrees I had a Croissant sandwich, it was so warm and filling, it even came with potato chips! Then when he saw I cancelled the order, he said that he didn't mean to offend me and maybe he can make me a new wrap for free?! I didn't accept the offer of course! Why couldn't he do that in the first place?! He waited until create such bad experience, by negotiating 10% discount, then goi up €0.50 at a time to make it worse! This is all because of the mistake they made by mess up with my order in the first place, not my fault!!!!! I think the whole experience was awful, and the way it was handled was terrible poor customer service.
