I have been a member of CoeDynamics now for almost a year and Tracy has completely changed the relationship I have with my body. I have suffered from chronic back pain for several years, and after practicing Pilates with Tracy on a weekly basis, I no longer suffer from consistent back pain in my daily life. In addition to her Pilates practice, Tracy is also a a wellness and nutrition practitioner. After several months of steady Pilates practice at the studio, Tracy and I discussed an internal digestive problem I have suffered from for over a decade. After realizing that my digestive problem could not be solved with steady exercise alone, I met with Tracy and we developed a nutrition program to fit my needs. Immediately after changing my diet per Tracy's suggestions, I stopped suffering from chronic migraines and immediately stopped taking daily migraine medication I had taken for 5 years. After several months, my digestive system got back on track and started functioning better than it had for over 10 years. Tracy helped me take control of health issues that have dictated much of my life, and has set me on the path to great health. I cannot thank her enough! read more

I have been taking Tracy's group reformer class only once a week for 9 months and am truly surprised at the difference it has made. Not only do I feel physically freer, but my golf and tennis games have definitely shown improvement. Tracy has also been terrific guiding me through a 30 day cleanse, including food suggestions, supplements, and mud packing for detoxing. Overall, I feel my skin and energy have improved. Plus, I dropped a couple of unwanted lbs. read more

I thought it was time for an up date since there is new ownership at Coe-Dynamics Pilates studio. I have been going to this studio for over 10 years. The new owner, Susie Warden is an excellent instructor and very knowledgeable. She has done a face lift that has brighten up the studio. Tracy, the previous owner is still there and taking care of all her clients. She is a master! New owner, but the same high standards, attention to personal needs and care that only a small studio can offer. read more

I have osteoarthritis in my back and hips and have gone to a lot of therapists to try to make it better. Most of them had no effect or made it worse. Tracy is very meticulous and makes sure everything I do in training has a positive effect. I'm improving and that is a new experience. read more

I have migraines (facial pain) almost daily. I go to CoeDynamics for Pilates. Tracy suggested that I try out the Myofascial class for tension/pain relief. I have been going once a week for about two months. At the last two sessions, we worked on the spine. As I was doing the class, I felt my face releasing the tension right in the parts of my face where I usually have pain. Each time, right after the Myfascial class, I did a Pilates class. By the time I left the studio, I had no pain in my face. read more

I first looked into pilates after I had hurt my back and was told by the MD that I needed to strengthen my core. I have not had any severe back pain since then (three years ago)! I am not a gym person so I really like the small personalized nature of Coe Dynamics. I like how they started off with thorough getting to know you sessions that really allow Tracy to see what you can do, and what you need. I usually do the mat classes because they fit better with my budget and the exercises can be more easily replicated at home. For over a year now I have been going at a set time and there are three to five people in the class so everything can be individualized as needed. Tracy is able to watch, assist, and give advice to each person in the group. I definitely recommend Coe-Dynamics for both its friendly atmosphere and the fact that I am so much stronger and more flexible. read more

I have been taking the myofacial release (MFRT) class with Tracy Coe and it has done wonders to help my tight muscles loosen up. I do indoor cycle, barre, tap dance and play tennis. I am constantly fighting tight hip flexors, shoulders and quads... If you like your foam roller you will love this class! read more

Thank you Body & Mind for being my teacher. It is really helping in my recovery from knee replacement surgery last week, as my upper body strength is coming in handy. I'm already lifting my leg really high making sure I keep my arms flat and press down as I'm lifting it. The PT guys were really impressed. I'm already going up stairs (with a walker) and on a stationery bike! read more

I found this studio through my local city rec department, I was interested in Pilates and thought this would be a good introduction. The studio offers small classes with personalized attention. My instructor Azala is knowledgeable and patient and I feel stronger and more flexible since taking her class. Besides the classes they offer individual instruction and although I have never taken a mat class they have that as well. I now am a lover of Pilates and would recommend this studio for beginners as well as the more advanced. read more

I love this place!! Every instructor is fabulous! I have been doing pilates for over 11 years& started coming to Body & Mind Coe-Dynamics a year ago. I have learned more in the last year than all my years doing pilates. I was doing most of the exercises wrong for the past 10 year. The slightest correction changes everything!! My previous instructors at other studios were great but failed to correct me. The instructors at this studio are very knowledgeable and are able to articulate in a way that I understand. They also can see when I am cheating and using muscles I am not suppose to be using. There is a shirt that says, "Pilates is easy until you do it right". I now understand what that means!! You leave the studio with a stronger core and feel about 2 inches taller. I have tried many pilates studios in the area and this is the best studio with the best instructors!! read more

Just had an excellent class with Janelle, who had a challenge on her hands with my current injured foot. She was able to work everything else in a safe, but invigorating way. I like that the parking is so easy, especially with crutches, plus you have a little peak of the ocean. I have taken privates and shared classes with Tracy for several years. I always know I will get a fantastic work-out here! read more

This studio is great because it is small. Lots of personal attention from some lovely instructors. The pricing is very reasonable with the packages offered. Small classes almost feel like semi-privates. I have learned a lot in a short time, and really enjoy how it makes me feel. The instructors are all very different, yet united in their approach to teaching and giving quality lessons. Highly recommend. read more

Coe Dynamics is absolutely terrific. I suffered for years from chronic leg pain, and saw multiple physical therapists with no improvement. When I reached my early forties I started developing back pain; six months of chiropractic treatment didn't help, because the issues were rooted in lack of core strength and stability. Tracy's approach has a huge overlap between therapeutics and general fitness; she and her staff were able to relate most of my aches and pains to core muscles, and provide exercises and stretches to help. The group classes are so small, and the instructors are so well-trained, they ensure you follow proper form (critical in Pilates)- so you get the most out of the session. Don't take this for granted- I tried Pilates for a few months at another studio in MB because it was cheaper, but did not get anywhere near the benefit as I did from Tracy's crew. Happy to be back with Tracy and team. read more

Here's the deal.... CoeDynamics is a well equipped, very comfortable and intimate studio, and Tracy Coe is a great Pilates Instructor. I am very thankful that she introduced me to Pilates, and my body awareness and posture is so much better. I want to get strong and healthy, and I think continuing Pilates at CoeDynamics will help me stay there for decades. I was always pretty active, between vinyasa flow and restorative yoga, weight training, golf, biking, hiking, etc. Active until 5 months ago, that is, until my bulging cervical discs and nerves started acting up pretty badly. Quite a bit of pain and numbness. After most of the pain subsided, I got a referral to CoeDynamics from my chiropractor. Chiro agreed that developing a stronger core would relieve strain on my neck and shoulders. Three months ago, I started private sessions, and told them of my health issues. Their approach has focused on establishing a muscular foundation while ensuring that I don't reinjure my neck and shoulders. My instructor is tough.. She never lets me cheat by using the wrong form or motion, which is great! After 3 months, I am stronger with better range of motion. I am more aware of maintaining good posture, proper breathing, and recognizing when my neck and shoulders are hunched up. I even think I have a hint of some muscular definition! To sum it all up, Pilates is great, and I feel fortunate that I got my first exposure to Pilates at CoeDynamics. I'm optimistic about a future with a strong, functional body, free from pain and injury. read more

This place has everything I look for in a studio--friendly, knowledgeable, warm and effective. I am new to CoeDynamics and the 3 classes I have taken have all left me feeling energized and happy. I love that the studio is small and intimate; one on one attention is not lacking. Kelly is approachable, helpful, and makes you work hard-- the hour totally flies by! read more

Love Tracys class! It's great if your a beginner and too scared to go to the big and loud pilates studios. She give such great attention and really makes sure your doing everything right! And with a small studio your practically having a private lesdon. It's my favorite studio. You must try it! read more

Body & Mind Coe-Dynamics is the best Pilates workout I have ever tried. I have taken classes for years but the knowledge and technique they offer truly helps you to understand the mind/body connection and how your muscles work as a system. The instructors are super inspiring and knowledgable, the classes are fun and I am never bored with this workout (and I have been bored every other time I tried Pilates). Plus, the equipment is very high-end - they have everything: the Cadillac, many reformers, mats, etc. If you want to see results, this is the place to go! read more

I started taking private Pilates classes at Body and Mind Coe-Dynamics a few weeks ago. I have suffered from chronic back pain and spasms for years. Just before one of my classes, I was hit with a painful spasm and could barely move. My instructor Azalea, was able to guide me through some gentle movements and stretches. An hour later, I realized that my pain and spasms were completely gone! She is my new BFF! Already, I am feeling much stronger in my core muscles. Tracy and the staff at Coe-Dynamics are professional, knowledgeable and attentive to the individual needs of their clients. This is a wonderful Pilates studio! read more

I have had over 10 private pilates teachers over the years. By far, Tracy Coe herself is the most precision-driven, intelligent, and effective-- even therapeutic-- teacher! There's no small talk (I like that), just targeted, hard work. She is simultaneously gentle while she evolves the right program for your body. It's never the same, never boring and always inspirational! read more

Loved the reformer pilates class with Karen. It was awesome! I was new to Pilates and Karen took her time to make sure I was doing all the exercises right read more

If you are looking for a new workout or way to take better care of your body, I highly recommend Pilates and TRX at Coe-Dynamics. Suzie's hands' on approach, encouragement, patience and laughter have helped me to change my body completely! Tracy, Pam and Karen are also fabulous teachers and super supportive. Classes are small in size so you will get lots of personal attention and a great workout. After one year of Pilates, I have increased mobility, flexibility, energy and strength. I'm so thankful I chose Pilates and TRX at Coe-Dynamics to help me meet my fitness goals. read more

Tracey is outstanding and very knowledgeable on the human body & Organic foods/products. When I consulted her I was ready to go to the E/R regarding pain in my stomach, low energy, and depression. She brought her test kit to me and recommended some digestive aid products which have helped me tremendously. I was able to ask her about my current diet & nutrition. She gave me a chart to follow on the products she recommended along with some good juicing recipes and helpful tips for my future diet. I did not need to go to the E/R and I'm now working out every day and eating all organic. I can call Tracey or e-mail any time and she is more than happy to help me, she has really opened my eyes as to what I should and shouldn't be putting in my body. I was also able to order a fantastic bottled water from her that gives me energy and has changed my daily well being. read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Tracy and Body & Mind Coe-Dynamics! I orginially bought their classes through a Groupon. I'm normally skeptical of businesses on Groupon - but when I looked at the Body & Mind Coe-Dynamics website I was thoroughly impressed - not only does Tracy offer legimate pilates (there are several studios around my area that do a "power/cardio" pilates that are a great workout - but you get hurt easily!) but she also offered health plans. I knew this is a place I needed to be. I was in a car accident a year ago and severely hurt my lower back -- I was still in pain after months of physical therapy and back epidurals - but after taking a few classes at Body & Mind Coe-Dynamics my pain has subsided substantially! In fact, I can wake up in pain, go to class and walk out no longer in pain. Tracy and her staff are very knowledgeable and attentive- and will quickly correct anything you are doing wrong - which I love because it prevents injury! I can't say enough good things about Body & Mind Coe- Dynamics!!! Call RIGHT NOW!!! read more

I began going to Body & Mind Coe-Dynamics during my 4th month of my first pregnancy and continued twice weekly sessions with Kelly & Tracy throughout my entire pregnancy. They were absolutely wonderful and understood the modifications that needed to be made as I got bigger. I felt rejuvenated after each session and I believe the workouts helped me stay comfortable through the last week of my pregnancy. I felt better after leaving those hour long sessions than I did after any prenatal massage! They also helped me to understand how my body was changing and what muscles were compensating for the changes. She explained to me how to adjust my posture to relieve the stress on my joints, my feet and my back and explained to me why we were doing certain motions. I credit my relatively quick delivery (and so did the nurses) and recovery to the ladies at Body & Mind Coe-Dynamics...and I'm looking forward to getting back into the studio to get that pre-baby body back! I would recommend working with them to anyone looking to be more in tune with their body. read more
