Jenna is an amazing teacher and human being. She was highly educated at the boulder school, not a three month course. She is also trained in yoga and knows a lot about health and nutrition. I've been seeing her twice a week for at least fifteen years. I started as a relatively healthy middle aged woman and did all the regular routine, machines etc. .As I've aged, I'm now 81, and my body has changed dramatically,she has adjusted my workouts so that we work on opening up my spine, my hips, whatever is causing me the most trouble. I am so glad I found Radiant Strength for postpartum and prenatal Pilates! I initially began working with Jenna about a year and a half after my first child was born. Jenna helped me regain and improve my strength postpartum, and build the strength I needed to keep up with a toddler. I researched many Pilates studios and instructors before selecting Radiant Strength (Jenna Anderson), because I am extremely picky and expect a lot out of my workouts. My time and due diligence paid off big time!! A little about me: I've always been very active, avid gym-goer, no health issues. I love working out with Jenna. She is very professional and can work out your body to your body needs. I have sever arthritis in my hips and lower back and when I leave Radiant Strength, I feel so much better and I am glad that I went to work out. I started seeing Jenna over a year ago when I had pretty serious lower back pain, a recurring issue for me for over 20 years.
