It has a lovely, cozy side entrance full of plants and a little area to sit and take your shoes before entering the studio. The good part about it is that you can leave your belongings and it feels safe. If you don't feel like leaving your things outside, it also has cubbies indoor next to the reception. What you can't see in this picture is the gorgeous plants that are hanging inside the studio. THE TEACHER & CLASS I went to a Zumba class and sweat like crazy. Lorena, the teacher, made the class so much fun, with a variety of music and dance movements. Lorena was caring and laughed about her own mistakes allowing us all to enjoy the class and not feel that if you missed a step was a big deal. This point was to have fun and work out... Mission accomplished! ABOUT THE OWNER Karina, the owner was there when I checked in. She was super warm and caring. She asked about how I found about the studio and shared that this specific class was for a bigger cause. They were donating the proceeds of the studio and teacher to help someone in need!! It made me want to come back again and again knowing that is a place that not only cared for their clients but for the world as well. Karina also participated in the class and was super aware if anyone needed water or anything at all. This kind of care is the one that makes (at least to me) to become a lover of a business. PARKING I was super lucky because I found parking in front of the studio, but this area is known for the hard parking situation. So my recommendation is come with time to search for parking. There is a big parking lot 2 blocks away which is great. SUMMARY I super recommend Round Willow Yoga. I will definitely be coming back even though it's not close to my home

Most importantly, the instructors are warm and supportive of all experience levels, including beginners like myself. Sam knows a variety of different movement and healing modalities, and somehow she blends them all together in a way that just works. Every class I've experienced with her feels different and interesting. She's also just a really fun, down-to-earth person who makes everyone feel welcome. She's real, approachable, and has such great energy. Sam's belly dance and pilates classes are SO much fun! They're high energy, great exercise, and you leave feeling happy. You don't have to know what you are doing at all--she is super beginner friendly but also offers challenges to people with more experience. If you're looking for something that's different from your typical fitness class, I can't recommend Samantha enough. She brings so much knowledge and heart into everything she teaches. The somatic class was amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect at all when I signed up. I just knew I was going. I have done somatic work with therapists and such in the past, so I'm not a newbie to the concepts but I had never attended a "Somatics Movement" class before. We danced, shook our bodies like animals, did primal screams (which was an awesome release!), learned ways to calm our nervous systems and regulate the vagus nerve, and so so much more, then ended with a beautiful guided meditation and sound bath. The room itself felt incredibly cozy with soft lighting, candles, pillows, and essential oils. All these little touches made it feel really special. I highly recommend this class and any that Sam teaches.

This boutique zen space is so cozy and relaxing, putting you in an immediate comfort mode. Lynette is so talented with all her bowls, instruments, and tools she used to put us in a a serene space. The lavender eye masks and reclining comfortable pillow mats we laid on were a huge bonus. Lynette is also extremely transparent with her prices and affordable and made it so easy to coordinate and plan. This whole experience from beginning to end was a total dream and I would recommend anyone to try Pure Sound Bath.

It is bright and airy with a wall of windows at the rear of the room that look out to a courtyard. It's a small studio, but very clean and nice. Classes range from gentle yoga to intermediate and advanced (warning: do not take the advanced classes unless you really are at that level). They even will help disabled or people with difficulties to do the yoga to the best of their abilities. They also offer private lessons. The owner of the studio has worked with people with Parkinsons as well as other degenerative issues. Bring your own mat. There are rental charges.

They space is beautiful and overlooking a garden. The main teacher, Diane, has a sweet soft voice and works hard to keep you focused on your body and the yoga movements. I recommend this yoga studio to anyone looking for a more spiritual-type yoga experience rather than a hard-core workout. It's got a classical yoga vibe to it and I believe they even offer occasional chanting and kirtan gatherings for the students. Of course, the most fun part is the yoga kitty- Chakra, who loves to wander around and soak up some of the yoga induced bliss.
