Short story. The City went to replace my meter and broke the pipe and dirt clogged my main water line. They hired a Code Blue Plumbing to string a temporary water line and came back the next day and dug a 20ft trench and replaced a large section of the main line. Diego and Tyler were AWESOME to work with. I never saw a bill. But they do great work. read more

Code Blue Plumbing - Water line fix - Plumbing Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Well, on my referral, my neighbors house needed a service call. A leak in the water main line from the street to the house. But the shut off valve at the branch line from the property line failed due to age. The HOA had to replace that by a contract arrangement. Then his line that leaked in the front yard could be sourced and a full repair done. A lot of steps. A pic of the new install attached. Since they were here, just replace the 45 year old leaking hose bib valve. Save a service call later on. The yard was cleaned up like it never happened. read more

We have used Code Blue for several years for all of our plumbing emergencies. They are terrific. I had an opportunity to call them again when we blew a pipe outside and water was flying. Ethan came literally within an hour, assessed the situation, offered us a very reasonable quote and said he would be able to do it for us. His work was impeccable. Bright shiny copper and no drips or spraying in sight. Excellent quality, guaranteed work, clean efficient and extremely professional. Great customer service. Highly recommend Code Blue. Tucson owed and operated. Hopefully you won't need a plumber but if you do, this is definitely the place to call. Service with a smile and a handshake. Thank you Ethan! read more

Code Blue Plumbing - Our lovely new AND dry water faucet! - Plumbing Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Our realtor recommended Code Blue Plumbing for our recent home purchase inspection. The house was initially built in 1969, so it was essential to inspect the sewage line using a camera. Based on the results and considering the age of the line, we opted to clean the line and then install a Maxliner to prevent future root intrusion and/or collapse of the existing pipe. This project was intense, and Michael and Ben managed the two-day process with ease and careful planning. We now have a 25-year guarantee on the lined section of piping, which has averted even a much larger project and expense in the future. It was a pleasure working with the main office, as well as Jeremy and Ben. We truly appreciate that everyone kept us informed and educated throughout the process. Thanks guys! read more

The City of Tucson contracted with them to fix a repair for the city. Unfortunately for me, Code Blue came out and discovered the repair was on my side. They explained that it would now be $550. A half an hour later they informed me, explaining the problem, that it would now cost $1875. I was expressing great frustration, careful not to blame the techs, when they got up, packed their tools and left. When asked where they were going, they said they were called back to the office. I was informed that my manner was aggressive and threatening and they refused to do the job. They left me with NO WATER CONNECTION, IN AUGUST ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON. No chance to defend myself or anyone finding middle ground. After I paid in full up front (new protocol for me) and I "changed my attitude", they finished the repair. I felt like a hostage. I did not hire them. While I understand defending your crew, leaving someone without water is a horrible managerial decision. I could think of a few other kinder options other than withholding water. read more

Xavier was on site quickly and took care of our needs. Very responsive code blue team

With all the plumbers you can choose from, it gets so confusing and hard to know who to trust. Without a doubt Code Blue is the one to call! John and his team are honest, hard-working, and are only interested in doing the job right and taking care of their customers! We will not use anyone else read more

My neighbor and I both had our water lines fixed at our water boxes which is on my property partly in my driveway. We both used different companies. My neighbor used Code Blue which gave him a one year warranty. The Code Blue worker installed the water box on top of my neighbor waterline instead of using an elbow to go throw the cut out. We both voice our opinion that when using the driveway it will break the line the way it was installed but the plumber would not listen and said their was a warranty. My neighbor's line did break under the year mark and Code Blue would not honor their warranty because of my driveway. This company does not keep their word and their warranty means nothing. I have pictures but it won't let me upload to this post. read more

A leak on my side of the water meter was repaired quickly and professionally by manager Jay Conway, for a great price. "Not bad for an office worker," he humorously said toward the end. Indeed, not bad at all. read more

I had a bathroom plumbing problem and called Code Blue Plumbing. They came the same morning, were honest, thorough, careful and also kind to my two curious pups. The gentleman worked swiftly, answered all my questions clearly and patiently. I was searching for a new plumbing company to work with, and called them as they had a five-star rating on line. I took a chance on them. Could not have been more impressed and pleased. I highly recommend them and they charged a very reasonable rate, with a discount for seniors as well. So glad to know I have a professional affordable company to go to next time. read more

Code Blue called me to address my review and advised that their estiamte had 2 options - one to clean sewer and one to line sewer - this was NOT clearly laid out on the estimate and the way it was written indicated a liner was the way to go - way expensive at 16k when cleaning the line of roots was about $200 I appreciate them calling me to address the issues and I hope in the future they will be more clear on their estimates with options clearly spelled out read more

I had a clogged sewer pipe and I called Code Blue Plumbing and they got it unclogged but it clogged back up in 1 week

Called Code Blue plumbing co. They were early for the set appointment, which is odd in these times, so I was lucky. Tim and his apprentice showed up and started the job right away after I explained what the issue was. They did a great job repairing a valve that is almost not available these day's. It pays to have experienced people who come to fix issues that are long in service like 50 years. Thanks for having great employees San Martin de pores church ( AL ). read more

This company required we pay upfront for a report they knew to be inconclusive, and then when we called to correct the issue we were told to be grateful for having gotten a discount from their 250$ rate. Included in the report was a projected 95 dollar repair and resolution to complete the inspection through an added cleanout. What a steal! Except when we called to take action they let us know that it was in fact 950 dollars - whoops! Don't do business with a company that lies, baits, and switches. They'll come out fast, sure, but thats because they don't stick around to complete the job. Nobody in their right mind should choose Code Blue. read more

Price gouging at it's best. $275.00 for a 3 minute fix to an irrigation line. Yes, I was thankful it wasn't a pipe to the house. When discovered, 6 inches of rubber tubing was all that it required. The estimate I signed should have been adjusted. read more

This happy, previous Code Blue customer, had them in to do some gas line work as well as replace the supply line angle stops on all sinks and toilets. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!! We called Code Blue after our other plumber could not & would not finish the plumbing job on our bathroom remodel. This had been a 3 month long nightmare that seemed would never end. Our licensed /contracted plumber just couldn't figure out how to complete the remainder of the hook ups. Code Blue sent Steven out to help us & he literally saved the project! First, he showed up on time & put us at ease right away. There were a few stumpers in the remaining hook ups but Steven kept at it, made 2 runs to plumbing supply & he figured it out. This was well beyond worth the cost which was very reasonable. Not only was Steven kind, courteous & extremely professional... he knew how important it was for us to finally be able to take a bath & shower that was not in the guest bath down the hall, but in OUR BATH. Steven literally completed the final pieces that finished our dream bathroom & for that, we are extremely thankful!!!!!!. Will absolutely use Code Blue in the future. Thanks again Steven!!! :) read more

On 2/7/2024 Code Blue-Tucson recently came out to perform a water heater flush on my electric water heater and were so thorough. They even flushed it twice, and unplugged the outlet valve when it became plugged with sediment during the flush. While waiting for the WH to flush, the technicians addressed other concerns of mine. There was noticeable tampering that had been done by a former tenant; the water heater was installed less than 24 hours before their tenancy began. The upper and lower thermostat doors were wide open, and hanging by one screw each (typically there is a screw on each door; one at the top, and one at the bottom), and were set too high (140 degrees each) and the plastic protector plate for the breaker had been removed, leaving exposed live wires which could possibly have caused electrocution. One of the screws in one of the doors was completely stripped from tenant tampering, and the technician had to use all his might and a pair of Channel Locks to remove it and then replace with a new screw. You could see paint damage on the WH from when the tenant was messing with the thermostat door. The technicians checked the temperature of my hot water at various locations in the house and it was 118 degrees when it should have been 110 degrees. The technicians lowered the upper and lower thermostats to 125 degrees (the manufacturer's recommendation) and replaced the plastic plate in the breaker box which was found on top of the WH. They never charged me any additional dollars for doing the safety check on the water heater and getting it back to normal. I HIGHLY recommend Code Blue. Out of the 35 years I have hired companies to come out and flush my WH's, I have never seen a company perform a water heater flush and address potential safety issues like Code Blue. They were able to give me peace of mind - which speaks volumes, especially when it comes to keeping future tenants safe. I consistently see Code Blue trucks at City of Tucson-owned homes, so this alone tells me they are a reputable company. I am very, very happy and I would not hesitate to call on them for other future plumbing needs. See you again next year for the annual WH flush! Thank you!! read more

Alex did a phenomenal job on a really challenging replacement of our main water line, that happened to be under our driveway. He was professional, responsive and delivered everything promised. Code Blue did the plumbing inspection for my duplex. At the time the tech seemed knowledgable and took lots of pictures. I bought the place. Fast forward about 6 months, and one of my units smelled of sewage. It turned out the kitchen sink was plumbed incorrectly, so discard water was flowing back into the home. I had a repairman in for an unrelated issue and asked him to look at it. He said, "Any decent plumber could catch this immediately." I offered Code Blue the chance to fix their mistake. They quoted me higher than 3 other plumbers. They are not interested in quality service or making good on their mistakes. I will NOT be using or recommending them for future services. read more

We called for a quote and Amanda, the individual answering the phones, was very put-offish and nearly rude. They can only come do quotes Monday-Friday, 8-5pm. The technician came and was very nice. He helped us quote out the project and gave us an estimate. We had another plumbing come by that night - after 5pm - whom quoted us nearly $100 cheaper and fixed a project onsite without a deposit. The work in my home was contracted to Code Blue through Better Way Services in 2018. It took 4 plumbers including the supervisor and his teen-aged son to decide to cut a trap door in my outside wall (the HOA was not amused!) It took 8 weeks and some hostile emails for someone to come fix it. I sent BWS a review of Code Blue at the time, but I'm writing in 2022 because the same leak in the same master bath has to be fixed yet again. I realize nothing is forever, but I feel like the repairs could have at least lasted a full 5 years. read more

Terry from Service Master told me to call Code Blue from getting a quote from Rite Way Plumbing. Jose from Code Blue came out and found out I had a clog for $375.00!! I got to watch the whole thing on his video camera! He saved me $11,125.00! Jose even told me, "I could come here and say I could do it for $9,000 because $9,000 sounds better than $11,000, but I could not sleep at night knowing I was ripping people off like that."
