I was told I would be producing much more than I was using (147% from a more recent conversations with the sales person). and that I wouldn't get an electric bill. Now I am paying $220 a month plus an electric bill. It's costing me more now than it did without solar. I've been trying to get some help/answers but the "manager" isn't in any rush to talk to me about this. The company and the salesperson aren't in communication about this issue. I will say it's only been a few days since I found out all of this. I've gone through three other companies to find this one was my "dealer". Wanting to get this resolved and get the solar I was promised.

First - our inverter went out and Jeff provided no help in getting a new one. I finally located and bought my own. It was like pulling out your hair getting Jeff to even install the new inverter, which he eventually did at a substantial cost to me. We still have 2 panels that I disconnected which Jeff has made zero effort to replace. He did come by our property a few times but provided no real assistance.
