First, they accommodated my late inquiry for catering. My original caterer fell ill and I needed something quick. Emailed on a Wednesday, got a response within 24hrs. Discussed package options and details, all reasonable and fair. Ray and his mother arrived promptly at the designated time and literally got to work. For a party of 35 hungry family members, they made delicious and flavorful pupusas. Masa was tasty and fresh. The cheese and chicharron (pork) were delicious and the cheese and loroco were just as good. What I appreciated the most was they made the pupusas fresh there at the event. Good-sized and delicious. The encurtido and salsas were fresh and tasty. All in all, it was a great experience working with Ray and the food was fantastic. I recommend Pupusas Buen Provecho especially from a catering aspect. Once my order was ready, I was asked if I wanted salsa; so I picked the green salsa- and OMG- the salsa is amazing, it feels creamy and a great balance of heat level, so the tacos taste really good.
