I usually come in for a Gel manicure and pedicure. The last two visits I've asked for nail designs and the first time Rachel ignored my request and just painted my nails, no design and the second time she almost forgot and I had to remind her. She then said she couldn't do what I wanted and ultimately gave me something I didn't want. Whatever, I paid for it anyways and turns out she charged me $10 more for some basic white lines followed by glitter. She then proceeded to tell me next time to tell her ahead so she can plan it out. I mean I showed her a pic of what I wanted and said she can't do it but I've gotten the exact same design here before. I probably won't come back to be honest. I'll spend my where it's valued and not rushed. Hire more people if you need it.

I came here for the first time in like 9 years because I been here before to get my pedi done. Ok so I came in and requested for the guy Long to get my nails done. I came in so confident that I was going to be satisfy. I came in with old nails and had it soak off and taken it out by a fake nail. That was part was ok. I had to ask to twice to get it soak off. There's no way I would have let them dig it out and they're not suppose to do that! I ask for natural looking and round ish and almond shape nail . He was so rough with my nails when he file the side. The side had alot of acrylic to my skin. I am traumatized by this and will never ever go there and or to anyone. I never had anyone this rough on my nails. My nails came out so bulky and wide. I was so sad but I tip him too because I felt bad if I didn't but now I regret tipping him. They're not friendly. The wife looks miserable. They have a very cute dog and I feel bad that the dog have to breath in that air. Cheap price, cheap service:( so sad My nails sloppy shape too. I felt like I was getting my naps done by a student in cosmetology school and felt like he was having trouble doing my nails :( never again will I go here and or go anywhere. My nails hurt so much and I am traumatized.

I also chose a polish color that they ended up not having in stock, and the alternative I was given looked nothing like what I expected once applied. Staff began to speak in their language obviously talking about the polish and myself. The technician who did my pedicure was quiet and did an okay job, but there wasn't much communication throughout the service. At one point, I noticed what appeared to be shared use of tools and supplies in a way that made me uncomfortable regarding cleanliness, especially seeing manicure items being used in the pedicure area that's not mine! In my space. So gross! Files, soaking bowl, lotions. By the time I was finished, I was already ready to leave. I did still leave a tip, but I won't be returning. If cleanliness is a priority for you, I would recommend taking a close look around before deciding to stay. USED not by me!

I could adapt to the price, but the peanut butter smell is quite revolting! They did do a very good job though.

She cut almost every nail bed, and the polish wasn't cleaned off the sides. There were bubbles under some of the polish, which I asked about, and then another coat was put on. The service just felt super rushed. It was really busy, so that's understandable, but maybe the quality would have been different if it hadn't been. I tried to call afterward and was told to put oil on my fingers.

My pedicure was good, my technician attentive as I had the service with hot paraffin wax and the hot stone massage. However, when the manicure technician began working on me, she cut my cuticle too deep and since I chose gold as my color, it does not hide. You can see it in the photos. To make it worse, she blotted it several times, but did not apologize until I paid. Also- no discount was offered for my bloody finger. Also- when it came to the hand massage to finish the manicure, she literally put one drop of oil and rubbed my forearms. My arms were freaking red and it was painful since one drop of oil is highly insufficient for a comfortable massage. The only tip I gave was for the pedicure. $40 for the pedicure and $40 for the manicure with a $5 tip for the pedicure only. Sorry, I really don't like writing negative reviews, but this was unacceptable.

I should have heeded all the red flags: No advertisement, No Yelp page, No reviews....I had to create a Yelp page just to write this review! However the worst part was that she seemed very nervous and unsure of herself throughout the whole process. She was going out of order, taking too long of a time to file my nails. I was certain something was wrong when she started laying the acrylic powder on my nails. They were so thick, bumpy, with an uneven brush stroke. She must've seen the look on my face and the deafening silence of my voice because she actually admitted to me that SHE WAS NERVOUS! I asked her why is she nervous if she's a professional? I'll tell you why, it's because I'm certain that she has never done nails before. The place looked like a run- down, hole in the wall place that has never seen a customer a day in its life. I question the legitimacy of her license. You may be asking why I considered getting my nails done, let alone stay once I realized something was off? Well, she's a woman of color and so I know how difficult it can be to break into this industry when your the minority. I really wanted to give her a chance as she presented herself as a sweet person. I also stayed because I had a job interview later that day, and just wanted her to finish, even though it took her nearly 4 HOURS to complete! Never again. Will be doing my own nails moving forward. It was a horrific experience and my nails came out looking absolutely horrible and unprofessional.
