Coco's is clean and tries to be accommodating for those who do not make an appointment ahead of time. Tom is my usual masseuse but Kay was awesome, she has a soft touch with firm hands. They occasionally have really good specials that combine multiple services. I just had a 1 hr massage and a regular mani/pedi for $99 + tip. I also received the complimentary massage while I was getting my manicure plus there is built in massage in the pedicure chairs. This is my place to go when I feel like splurging and pampering myself. My only complaint today is the girls working on my nails were speaking to each other in their language. This didn't really bother me but it might bother some, especially when they are laughing. I would highly recommend Coco's for a spa time splurge. read more

I've been going here since I moved to the area a year ago. The last two visits have not been pleasant. I'm convinced the woman who soaks the old gel off is not licensed. She has no idea what she's doing with the nail file! Both times she took an extremely rough nail file and cut me trying to scuff up the old gel. Talk about a burn when the cotton with acetone was applied with the foil. Needless to say, I won't be returning here to get cut up again. They are so concerned with getting people in and out of the chairs that the quality and service is going downhill. read more

I came to kill tome while my son was at basketball practice. I heard they did massages so I called to schedule one, then when I got there I changed my mind as I never been there before so I switched to a pedicure. You would think in a pandemic they would want business. They close at 7 and I got there at 6, I wanted a spa pedicure and they said no time. An hour is plenty. It she just didn't want to do it. I'm glad I didn't pay for the spa pedi because the lady barley cut my cuticles and touched my nails. The worst money I ever spent. And the service was awful, like they wanted me to leave. I spend hundreds- at least $200-$300 a month on self care (nails, facials, massages) and never experienced such disregard for clients. read more

Never again here , I went for waxing full leg , she didn't do nothing good , and the price $60 just leg , the foot no , because you have to pay extra, it was my first and last time, I just asked if they do waxing, and they push me in the room, just to do it , they want your money, nothing else. never again. For nothing there. read more

It's a Monday. I stopped by for a pedicure. Not busy and I still did not get good service. They rushed and did not do a massage. It's a factory. I will continue to use services because it is clean...but if you want attention or the added perks like a massage for a $30 pedicure--then go elsewhere. They do not care about customers. read more

Had a great experience since walking in. The front desk immediately and happily greeted me. I asked for a gel manicure and within seconds I was seated, shown colors and had someone ready to work on me. The process was very comfortable and quick, even recieved a 10 minute massage. I was super happy with the results and my manicure has been the longest lasting one I've ever had. I'm definitely going back when it's time. Also, I was in and out within 30 minutes, which even includes soaking off my previous gel manicure. read more

Amazing service, professional staff, relaxing ambiance. Pricey but great to treat yourself every once in a while! I had a pedicure, color gel manicure and eyebrow wax and the staff is very attentive and detailed. The salon/spa is clean and new, also had a large variety of name brand color gels with matching toe polish which made me happy :) read more

If you want a good pedicure and spa treatment try this place. They do a great job. I usually get spa package 2 which includes a vitamin D milk bath, A foot and leg scrub, callus treatment, a softening herb mud mask, a leg and foot massage with essential oils, a paraffin wrap, and a pedicure! All for just $50.00. The treatment lasts for an hour, sometimes more. The spa chair has massage features and is very relaxing. To top it all off you get a complimentary massage while your nails dry! A great way to end a long week. read more

I usually like this salon. They provide good service. The people are pretty friendly, but when you make an appointment you don't expect to wait 40 minutes. Just be honest if you can't meet the appointments. Say "can you come in at ...,instead?" They are not running a hospital where I understand if there were emergencies. But it's a service business. There's a reason for appointments. Stick to them. read more

Friendly. Clean. My fiance and I went in for massages and a manicure, we experienced friendly staff and experienced work. We were taken in exactly at our appointment times, no wait. Prices were justified. Highly recommend. read more

I typically get my nails done in westchester where i used to live but the trip is long and after a disappointing experience last time, I decided to go here. Nice clean place and friendly staff. They did an excellent job on a color gel manicure. I had no appointment and i was in and out in 35 minutes. Overall wonderful experience. Very exciting for me to find a place nearby. I will be coming in for a pedicure soon. read more

I have been going to Coco Nails for several years. On Memorial Day, I came in for a spa pedicure. By the next day my nail polish had chipped, the filing caused tears in my nails, and polish was left on my skin. I called to voice my concerns. I was told that nothing could be done and that the salon does not offer refunds or redos. I will no longer be patronizing this salon because of their lack of care for their customers. read more

I love this place. Another great find in Brewster, our new town. I had a pedicure with massage and it was one of the best ever! City folks don't know what they're missing just to the other side of the Westchester border. Recommended! read more

Awful experience.... got a gel manicure here a week ago and what can I say it peeled off super easy, it didn't last 2 weeks as they guy said it would. Also the manicure part wasn't good either, he barely spent any time on my nails. And I also got a pedicure which is $25 and the same guy did it, it took him 15..... and the next day my toes looked like I didn't even go to the nail salon. I am not a regular customer there but it doesn't mean I shouldn't get good service. Never coming back!!! read more

I was a little hesitant at first because I read so many negative reviews about this place. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised! They were expecting me so no wait time at all. I went in for a first time eyelash extensions. Sherry was the technician and was very informative, gentle, knowledgeable. My lashes look amazing. I went with medium size. I'm very pleased and can't stop looking at them. Everyone there was very pleasant and the whole place including the bathroom was very clean. Btw , the parking was great as well! Definitely coming back! read more

One of the worst nail salons I've ever been to - they are so rude & you can tell they just want your money, they rush their manicures and pedicures. The lady I had today was so rude and nasty, she cut my finger and the blood was running onto my nail and she kept painting the nail without even cleaning off the blood - when I told her she cut me she acted like it wasn't her problem. I will never go to this salon ever again. read more

I had a Swedish massage and I do not recommend- there was basically no massaging- it was lots of pushing and applying pressure, stretching, and giggling my limbs. I was asked if I wanted another 10 minutes hoping it would get better and all he did was twist and push my legs. On the website is states a massage is $80 and I figured with the extra 10 minutes it would be an additional $10, they charged me $95 for a subpar massage. If you are looking for a real massage of your muscles this is not the place!!! read more

I got a gel manicure there a couple days before going away on vacation and it started chipping the next day. It had almost all come off by the second day of my trip - they did a horrible job on my pedicure also. The only good part was the massage. I will never be returning. read more

I've gone here over 2 dozen times in the past year. The last 6 times I've been there has been nothing to brag about. Two weeks ago I got a manicure and pedicure and the nail polish came off in a whole piece the next day. I asked how much it was for my 9 year old to have a manicure and pedicure and was told $23. Went to make appointment for both of us and was told that my 9 year old daughter would be $37. The manager said even though I was told the wrong price she wouldn't honor it. I asked in good faith to charge me this one time $23 and that I would have no problem paying $37 after. I also reminded her of the horrible manicure and pedicure I had two weeks ago. She said No. I asked her if she was willing to lose a regular client over this and she said Yes......Bye Bye read more

I just got back from my first experience at Coco's and I was pleasantly surprised. Who knew something like this existed in Brewster, NY? I was greeted by a man in a suit that took my name and my coat. That alone was a delightful beginning to my day :) I started with the pedicure which included a salt rub that lasted forever on my legs and feet. I also splurged and got the #3 which included a mud wrap and a parafin treatment (aaaaahhhhh so wonderful). The basic manicure also included an amazing salt rub and hand massage. It was definitely more time than I'm ised to in a manicure - which was a great thing! At the end of the manicure, they also throw in a complimentary massage, mabey 10 minutes or so? It was a sweet little treat to finish off my visit. Coco's is alot larger than I expected, there were lots of pedicure chairs, lots of manicure stations. They ask that you make reservations in advance, but honestly, I don't think it would be much of a wait if you walked in. All their tools were sealed for each client, stations were very clean and everyone was super helpful and pleasant. The restroom was beautiful as was the decor and the treatment rooms. I was realy surprised to find such a beautiful place in the middle of this shopping center. I would definitely go back for a massage or facial. read more

I actually liked this place, they are clean and quiet. My girl Hannah used my nail polish as requested and did a fab job! and some lady gave me a massage and it was a bit hard but whatever. I came here twice already with a friend who lives nearby. read more

I have waited to go to Coco's nails after having several nice experiences. I read the negative reviews and thought these people are complainers. I never complain but I am now. This is not only the worst manicure I have ever gotten, the woman CUT OFF ALL OF MY LONG BEAUTIFUL NAILS. I had one broken one and asked if there was anything she could do. I was thinking maybe a tip. She proceeded to cut all my nails to match the broken one. When I expressed my shock and showed her that they were cut to the quick, she said I told her to cut them short. Then she asked me to pay. I refused and the manager said stop the manicure. What manicure? The cuticles were still ragged and the short nails were not even filed evenly. I left after paying for my pedicure. I called from the parking lot and asked to speak to the owner. I was told he wasn't in. Then she said to come in and they would make them look better. I did and then she said they were very busy, not, and I'd have to wait a long time. Never ever go there. Clean but expensive and you do not get what you pay for. read more

This is my favorite nail salon. I travel over 45 mins for my manis and pedis. They are clean, take their time, and do a wonderful job. Their gel manis last longer than any other gel mani I have ever gotten. The Spa Pedi #3 is a treat and the sugar scrub is worth it's weight in gold. read more

My gel nails broke within a week of paying 90$ for a full set. Irregularly shaped and a big disappointment .

Horrible service, dirty, overpriced, and poor quality. Won't be back. Waste of money.

this place is wonderful!! the attention to detail, the friendly staff, etc. I would recommend!! also, their massage tables are much wider than standard massage tables. read more

I've tried this place two times based on recommendations but I've had horrible experiences both times! The first time I went I had a spa manicure done. I had three separate technicians do my manicure and it was not relaxing at all! The second time I got a pedicure and gel manicure... the pedicure was nice, however, during the pedicure, a mouse was running around the nail salon and one of the technicians had to catch it. I think it got in from the front door being open, but no one wants to see a mouse in a salon when they're using sanitized tools to cut and file your nails. Also, my gel manicure was HORRIBLE! Not only did the technician cut my cuticle and it was bleeding, but the polish chipped/cracked in 3 days. Gel polish usually lasts 3 weeks on my nails. Other friends of mine said they had horrible experiences with their gel manicures too. I don't know what products they're using but it almost seems like they gave me a regular manicure and just had me put my nails under the UV light to make it dry faster and charged a fortune for it. I definitely won't be coming back! read more

Just had couples massage and it was really great. We both loved it, and agree that both our massages were excellent. Front desk also offered a discount because we booked together which was really nice and unexpected. This is second couples massage that we have gotten here, and happy to say we are very satisfied and will be back. I also purchase gift certificates for her here - she always loves the other treatments she gets. Great place and very friendly service! read more

I've been coming here for years and now all of a sudden they charge 6 dollars for each broken nail if it's past 2 weeks. Not everyone can get their nails done every 2 week. When I asked where it was in their brochure they didn't have a price. I told them that's stealing money and when I walked out the girl at the front desk was super rude and said something behind my back. A UV gel fill is about 40 dollars which is over priced and on top of that 6 dollars for every broken nail and leaving a tip? Could be over 70 dollars. I will no longer be giving them my money. They rip you off. read more

Had a 1:30 appointment and I was running late. I called and the guy who answered the phone said he would do his best to fit me in. The place was standing room only. Price was good too. read more

Made an appointment for a pedicure on my birthday. They put me in a room for 15 minutes and nobody came. Went out to ask what's going on and they said oh we're busy it'll be another 15 minutes. Coco Nail Salon is the cleanest, neatest, most well managed salon I have been to. The staff is always nice and friendly. You are always greeted at the door with a smile. Moved into the area recently and stopped in to get a gel soak off quickly. I went in and the front desk girl or "manager" if that's what she should be considered, "greeted" me and when I asked if they had time to soak off she said I would have to get a mani after. I asked her if I could just do a soak off and she said no. Very rude and when I said ok thank you anyway she didn't even say goodbye. Ok, maybe an off day! I went back for a pedi to give it one more chance and asked if they had time and she said yes and someone brought me to the chair. He didn't start the water and I sat there. Another woman sat next to me and we waited and someone finally came to start the water (which was lukewarm). I let them know I wanted a spa pedi #2. A nail tech came and sat down at the other woman's chair and I asked how long it would be since I sat down first. She said a few minutes and that the girl told her to go there first. I reiterated that I sat before this woman and the tech rudely said that she's not doing mine and was told to sit there instead. The other woman offered up her spot but I decided to wait. Someone finally came over and I said I wanted the spa pedi #2 and she said a few more minutes! I asked how much long and she just walked away. Mind you I was there already waiting for AT LEAST 10 minutes. I said never mind I'm going to leave and wiped my wet feet. The rude manager began to come over but clearly could care less about losing a client. She said someone else had an appointment and I said that's fine but I got there before the other woman whose service had already started. She said well they both don't know how to do spa pedi #2.... you have got to be kidding me. I told her that she could have and should have communicated that to me prior. Why do you have techs that cannot perform this basic pedi service in a high volume, walk-in nail salon?! Let me know. Had someone had told me that I would have gladly waited. I made the mistake of trying this place for a second time and clearly should have looked at these horrible reviews. I've been in the beauty and food service industry for over 10 years and understand waiting and logistics. HOWEVER, like in any job, communication with clients and customers is KEY. To the "manager", perhaps you should learn how to execute some simple business practices to successfully run this "spa". Also, get new carpets. Steer clear! read more

Love Coco's! Friendly staff, a little more pricey than the other salons in Brewster but you get what you pay for here. Great place!

Just spent $50 and it looks like a 5 year old painted my nails wish I could get my money back .. will never return

Great experience the staff was very attentive. The complimentary back massage was great. Very clean and sanitary tools used.

I'm visiting the area I was looking for a place that could help me with my gels as I'm new to them. I was looking for a place that could do a fill-in and a new color. Stella was the tech. The gel extensions were actually peeling off so they were easy to remove and she put a new layer of gel w color (no extensions) on my nails, which was what i wanted.... I felt a little rushed I definitely did not get a complementary massage and the whole thing cost $80 plus tip I just think that was ridiculous my mom and I walked away feeling like we got scammed. I will say she did a good job but for 80 bucks ? I need another fill but im not going there again ... Spa is for pampering not feeling u r in a puppy mill read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went in for a gel manicure and I was waiting in my seat for 25 minutes before someone came to do my nails, even though there were many nail techs walking around that were not busy. The woman who did my nails, Kim, was not gentle at all and made me bleed on three fingers. She was already annoyed because I asked for more than one color on my nails. As she was filing one hand, I was on my phone on the other, and she said "No more phone. Put it away now." Even though she was not doing anything on my free hand. Then after she finished painting one hand, I was looking at it and she say "Put your hand in.", in a nasty tone. To which I replied, "Im just looking." She answered with "Well put it in." After horrible nail service, I went to pay and I was reaching for my card when she snatched my wallet out my hand and began RUDELY digging through it. I took it back and told her that I was more than capable of grabbing it myself. She then snatched it back and took my card out. Then after I zipped up my wallet, she said "Excuse me where is my tip." I had left my cash in the car and told her I needed to go grab it. Then I decided to just leave without tipping her because of the horrible service. Legend has it, she's still waiting for me to return with her tip. read more
