When I arrived I was seated in the waiting area with soothing music, heated neck pad and water. I waited around 20ish mins and was taken by Heidi to my massage room. Heidi was truly amazing! Heidi helped me with all the knots and tension I had in my neck and shoulders. She took her time and checked to see if the pressure was good for me. The massage melted all the tension and stress away. After my appointment, I was given Chamomile tea and a chocolate. I loved the aesthetics and decorations of this place. It was so peaceful. So I go over to HVCU right next door and get cash. So I get back and say OK, I have cash. She wanted to see the cash and how much of a tip she was going to get? I explained to her I don't give the value of the tip before service, but I showed her the cash for the massage and the $25 tip. Which BTW was more than 20 percent of the total cost of massage. I was coming straight from Boston to her studio for a massage and got stuck in awful traffic.
