I purchased the three Groupon deal and have had a terrible time scheduling an appointment. During…read moremy first massage the building had a fire alarm 15 minutes into the massage and the building had to be evacuated. Instead of rebooking the massage, the therapist asked if we could just tag an extra 15 minutes onto the remaining massages. I was kind of annoyed since that's not really comparable, but finding time on a weekday to make an appointment is difficult so I said, okay. Second massage was fine. But the therapist called right before my third massage and canceled as she wasn't feeling well. Then, when I tried to reschedule, I was informed that the therapist was on maternity leave and that they had a male therapist filling in. They did say that I could wait until the female therapist came back from leave to reschedule the final session. And now I have emailed them on four separate occasions to try and book that appointment and no one has ever gotten back to me. They only communicate by email, so I can't even get someone on the phone to discuss.

I have had many massages and found this one to rate second to the best massage I have ever had (best was my first massage in Las Vegas 30 years ago). I had Charles and I will be back and ask for him specifically next time. My husband had a woman, she never gave her name, and he said it was good, he enjoyed it. He did say she 'forgot' to do his right shoulder/arm/hand which he has issue with and was hoping to 'work out the kinks'. When I asked him why he didn't address it with her he said "well, She left". ....men.... Regardless, we will both be back!

I show up for my appointment and the lady says I'm not in her book. I show her the confirmation email and she says she has costumers at 10 so I say that's okay my appointment is at 10:15 I'll wait. She then stares at me. So I say "oh are you saying you can't take me?" She said yes we have costumers. So I leave. The upsetting part was my spouse went in to talk to them about the booking and they said nothing. They did nothing to try to switch my appointment, offer a genuine apology or anything. Why offer online booking, and a confirmation if no one will actually check the bookings and confirmations. We drove 45 minutes to Pleasantville to get the treatment (I work in the area and saw it had good reviews so wanted to try it out, so we drove a distance on the weekend). So no real apology, no offering to rebook, nothing. I would've accepted the mistake and rebooked in person, but they didn't even offer that to my spouse or I. They just stared at us and said they wouldn't take me. I wouldn't even bother booking here again. Since I work in the area and all of coworkers knew I would be going here for a scalp massage, I will be sure to tell them don't bother. Many of them said they would try it out if I liked the service.

We are even more blessed when we use them for the good of not only ourselves, but others as well. Jennifer is more than a massage therapist, she is a gifted healer. After months of pain and a surgery, my muscles had atrophied. I was put on opiates for the pain. Physical therapy was recommended by my doctor. I went several times to find no relief. I thought I was going to have to live with the pain for the rest of my life. It occurred to me to try massage therapy, and God blessed me with finding Jennifer. The amount of pain that she was able to relieve after only one visit with her was tremendous. It literally changed my life! If you have ever heard the expression "a spiritual experience," that is what I experienced during her treatment. I no longer take any pain medications because of this gifted, wonderful, spiritual woman. With the most sincerity and humility, this woman is blessed in her gift. I thank my God every day for finding her. May her hands always be so blessed. - Jean Rivot
